Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Alver

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Rune’s place. The house is clean and beautifully decorated. The surrounding property is beautifully maintained and has a lovely garden. The beds are comfy. And to top it off, there is a working wood burning fireplace! This Airbnb was one of the best we have stayed at and we will hopefully be back sooner rather than later.

Quite possibly one of the best hoilday rentals we have ever used, would highly recommend it. We loved being able to use the boat and the local environment.

Arne's place has the most beautiful views of the ocean and that alone makes it worth every penny! My family and I made so many precious memories.And even with such a gorgeous ocean view it is still very conveniently located near a big Kiwi supermarket. House is very cozy and well equipped in every way. 2 sets of BBQ pits, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. I will definitely recommend staying at Arne's house if you are in Bergen, to me and my family his house was the highlight of our holiday in Bergen.

This place was a gem! The days flew by far too quickly, but the memories will not fade soon. We loved the long walks along the country roads and the fjord as well as the boat rides and enjoying hours talking and enjoying the scenery. Everyone in our party loved this place!

This is an idyllic place - both the house and the surroundings are very nice! The host is nice, and we felt very welcome. It was completely clean throughout the house, good beds, and the house was otherwise well equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. We stayed in the house for a weekend (two adults and our three-year-old son). There were nice games and books, and the outdoor area was very nice for the three-year-old. We can highly recommend this house, and of course we want to come back :)

If I could give this stay 10 stars, I would. Helga and her family are outstanding hosts who will go great lengths to make your trip memorable. The location of the house is unbelievable, peaceful and private. Everything was very clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the backyard was a dream for our 3 children. The living room is spacious and comfortable, the rooms are cozy and have blackout blinds and curtains for maximum comfort. There’s a river walking distance where my son enjoyed fishing. Grocery store is 20min away. Helga treated us like family, invited us to get immersed in the local festivities and made sure we were having a good time. She’s by far the best host we have ever had. Our trip to Norway was unforgettable mainly because of her recommendations and the complete comfort her house provided. Thank you for such wonderful experience. We hope to be back!

A fantastic house, large and completely furnished with a lot of love. The kitchen was filled with a lot of crockery and glassware, oil, spices, coffee, etc. A spacious bathroom and a great bed. And then there was a wonderful view - we saw the Hurtigruten boat sail past! For us, the place was great, a bit the end of the world, wonderfully quiet and a beautiful environment for hiking. You had to drive 14 km for groceries, but with a little clever planning, that's no problem. Hostess Bodil was very attentive and friendly. I can only recommend her house!

Rita's house is a paradise for those looking for calm and a sublime view. The house is very nice, spacious, impeccable. We had a pleasant stay and Rita is always available to help and respond when needed. Thank you very much!

Very friendly landlord who always makes sure that the guests are satisfied. Since we are active anglers, he invited us on a fishing tour and let us have the fish we caught. Had a very pleasant time there

We had a great time at Ole's: The highlight was mackerel fishing right in front of the house. In the evening we had 2 visits from the otter, who hunted directly from the house. In good weather, we took small boat tours as well as successful boat fishing with pollack, haddock, turbot and squid. Bergen was easily reached in 40 minutes by car. Absolute must: day tour from Fløyen with fantastic views over Bergen and then hike to Rundemanen with stunning views over the entire archipelago around Bergen. A dream! Thanks to Komot we were hiking on Herdla (7 minutes by car). Here there was a bird sanctuary and old bunkers to discover. The natural stone beach on Herdla was particularly great. Park at the golf course and follow the signs. On another day we enjoyed the Norwegian nature on the hiking trail at Kjerrgarten. (15-minute drive from the house!) Pure adventure: the Siglingavatnet Rundt. Absolutely recommended!

The place was super nice. It is highly recommended in summer as well as in winter! It was warm enough that we would have endured minus degrees. The place was super good to find with the description. The view from the breakfast table was breathtaking! You can go fishing on the dock even in winter. We felt very comfortable!

We had a very nice time. The apartment had a unique location. You could enjoy the view of the fjord inside and outside. Kristoffer was very friendly and helpful, communication was excellent. We would come back any time!

Beautiful apt.I started missing you the first day I left.However, on the way from Bergen that day, we encountered 3 roadblocks. It was raining heavily, and we only managed to drive up the winding road in the middle of the night. We were devastated.But the moment I checked in, everything was cured!It's so beautiful!We were still reluctant to leave the next day, it was a very unforgettable and wonderful memory!

We had a great weekend at Guri's apartment! It was tidy and well equipped with everything you need. The view is great and two terraces are nice when we could move after the sun! It's also nice to swim there due to a swimming ladder on the nearby jetty. We would gladly came back!

Beautiful place with a nice and quiet location. Good for fishing and relaxation. Nice view from the living room and especially in the morning when the sun comes straight in through the windows. Nice litle beach beside the house and a cosy barbecue house. Loved the place.

We had a lovely stay at Miranda's apartment it was beautiful and we had everything we needed. Miranda communicated excellently and we were really comfortable and overall really enjoyed our experience. The projector was a special treat along with the Norwegian snacks that were kindly left for us. Thank you for a special stay.

We were a family of 3. The accommodation is clean, everything is there. The owner met us in person upon arrival, very friendly, polite, told us everything and showed us everything. We liked it.

Nice welcome by Magnhild's mother. Magnhild responds super quickly (within a minute) to messages and questions. Nothing too much to ask! Wonderful view on the fjord from the apartment. Within a 20-minute drive you are in Bergen city center so the location was also very nice. Our dogs were welcome in the apartment. At the school nearby we even made a beautiful hike on a mountain, just walking distance from the apartment. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this!!

I had a great stay here, and Marte and her family were fantastic hosts who went above and beyond. Super recommend!

Beautiful house not far from Bergen, in a stunning location! There are many hikes nearby. The hosts are extremely kind and always available if needed. You can have a barbecue and eat in the garden. We loved our stay here!
