Colorful Restored Red Brick with Backyard Patio

Downstairs you’ll have access to your own private duplex, screened in front porch, a newly furnished living and dining room, half bath and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The front door is just inside a screened in porch, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a complimentary washer and dryer in the basement. You are also welcome to enjoy the back yard and patio's gas grill and fire pit. The backyard and patio are a shared space my family also uses, if you wish to have a private evening under our outdoor lights just let me know and I will happily accommodate you. You will have a completely private stay with 2 separate entrances to choose from. We live on the other side of the duplex, I try to give you privacy as you check in with the key code but I am always available able to answer any questions that may arise during your stay! My home also offers membership to a 24/7 Gym that is a 2 minute drive or 8 minute walk! The property is a short walk from coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and a Saturday morning farmer's market. We are close to 2 major highways for easy on/off access. Our home is just 2 blocks to high street where public transit can take you directly to Ohio State University or downtown Columbus. Columbus also offers convenient Uber or Lyft ride services.

Gorgeous 2005 built ranch home with high end finishes throughout. Open floor plan, high ceilings, granite countertops, stainless appliances, elegant cabinets, hardwood floors and Smart lighting system Three large and nicely appointed bedrooms. Professionally finished lower level with desk, printer, exercise area, full bath, theater and gaming room with projector. Small backyard with patio. Fully fenced in. Two car garage, laundry room and full office area in the main floor. A real stunner!

Great apartment and a great location. Easy walk across the street to restaurants, including a fantastic sushi place. You can even walk to Aldi for groceries. Very easy to get in and out of with covered and secured garage parking. Gas stations on the corners a couple of blocks down to easily fill up on the way back to the airport. Centrally located so the farthest to get anywhere in any direction is basically 20 minutes. The apartment itself is decked out in Ohio State decor, with a full kitchen, walk-in closet, nice TVs, good Wi-Fi, and a balcony overlooking the pool. Very comfortable stay and would stay at again.

I stayed here for one night, and it was a really great experience. I drove into columbus, and did have to park about a 15 min walk away, but other than that this stay was incredible! The apartment is clean and very quiet. There was plenty of stuff to do within a couple minutes walk from the building!

Host team was very responsive. They were able to quickly address a few things which popped up and reasonable to our requests. The unit is great, very nicely furnished, new, upscale. Words can’t describe how unique and beautiful this home is - to start. Everything was so clean and cozy! We wish we had more time to enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and gardens outside. Everyone had plenty of space in our large group. We really appreciated the extra third floor “kids space!” There are a lot of stairs but well worth the extra steps for all of the space and comfort :) Some restaurants were within walking distance and we were a short drive to church and OSU campus. Thank you for the welcoming touches and the opportunity to stay!
