Large bathroom with shower, a hairdryer is available In front of the apartment door are 2 garden chairs to enjoy the sun on the lawn in front of the entrance door (shared use of the garden). The city center can be reached in 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. There are various shopping facilities here.

In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet.
