A house that exceeded our expectations. I traveled with my family and the truth is that we were delighted with the house. It's much bigger than it looks in the photos, super comfortable, with spacious and well thought out spaces for large groups. The location is the best: a few blocks from the Yanahuara viewpoint and close to great restaurants. We walked almost the entire time. The house has a warm atmosphere, everything is very clean and well cared for. It is clear that it is designed to make you feel comfortable. We felt right at home since we arrived. Undoubtedly, one of the best stays we've had as a family. I totally recommend it, especially if you're going as a group.

I had an excellent experience in Elizabeth's apartment. The space is spacious, very clean, tidy and conveys a feeling of security and tranquility that is appreciated. The location is accessible and easy to find, which made everything even more comfortable. Without a doubt, you can see the care and dedication with which she and her husband receive their guests. They are friendly and attentive hosts, which makes you feel welcome from the first moment. I recommend this place with total confidence and I will definitely return on a future visit. Thank you!

I made the reservation for my mother's stay with some friends (all of them older adults). Optimal and polite communication was maintained for the arrival at the location with clear directions. Regarding the environment, it was quite spacious and clean, according to the specifications detailed in the description. The location is quite close to the main square, which makes it easy to get around. Very grateful for the attention received and would definitely stay there again.

Very good accommodation, the house has all the amenities, the area is well located within reach of several stores. Our stay was very pleasant, we felt at home. 100% recommended.

Lilian and her husband were wonderful and kind people to us. From arrival they gave us the flexibility to check in from before and be able to leave our bags. They were friendly and gave us recommendations from the place. The beautiful house,just as it looks in the photos, everything organized and clean. The area was quiet. The apartment seemed to us to be very nice, impeccable, with all the amenities described, full kitchen, it also has a laundry area in case you want to use the washing machine, very complete and clean. An important plus is the terrace where you can appreciate the city, with the imposing background of the volcanoes a beautiful panorama. we felt so comfortable that we stayed two more nights. Claudia was very attentive to all the questions we had, with immediate answers. Recommended 100%

The apartment was very nice, everything in perfect condition, it had a TV in all the rooms, hot water, filter, elevator access, in general the apartment and equipment 10 out of 10, and Mr. Percy was very kind, he allowed us to leave our things very early in his apartment and he took them to the apartment where we stayed, he gave us clear instructions, he gave us recommendations for the city and he was always very attentive to any questions, my family and I felt at home, I hope to return soon and stay in his apartment again.

This is an excellent BNB. It is very spacious, uncluttered and comfortable. The wi-fi is excellent. The location is great, just down the street from the short bridge that leads to the Playa de Armas. There was hot water for great showers and a combo washer/dryer unit that was easy to figure out and that worked really well. There's alot to see in and out of Arquipa.

10/10 stay. The view is amazing. Day and night. Short walk into town or $1.50 ubers. Much quieter and peaceful and very cozy apartment. Good water pressure. Laundry machine was helpful. So many cute cats outside of building. Would stay here again

Best place to stay when visiting Arequipa. It’s located right off the main strip which has tons of food and shopping. The place is quite and clean and the host is great! I always stay here when I’m visiting!

We stayed here for 10 days and the apartment was great 👍 the hosts were really responsive and helpful, helping us to book the gym and sauna and giving recommendations for visiting the colca canyon. During the day it's easy to walk into the center of Arequipa from the apartment and takes about 25 minutes. There are also places to eat and shop nearby. Thanks!

All was good. Alexander had good communication after the booking. We were received by his mother, Gladys who warmly showed us the apartment. Clean, well appointed. spacious, comfortable. Location is ok. close to a rich mall. Easy buses, taxis, walks to all over town. The building had good amenities like gym and pool, though we didnt get a chance to use them. I recommend.
