Strategic location for shopping, 2 minutes from the main route and 10 minutes from the Ciudad del Este shopping center. Electrified perimeter wall and cameras outside the house give you a lot of security and total privacy. The neighborhood is super quiet and on the corner there is a mini-supermarket that has the essentials. 100% recommended.

I loved having reserved André's space, a shame it was only one night, as I was passing through the city, but I was able to enjoy a little bit. Laura who received us, because André was traveling, however, did not leave anything to be desired, because and super helpful and charismatic , she took us for a tour of Kaiak that I would even recommend to those who never used Kaiak, because it is super safe and amazing wonderful. Laura has two beautiful and educated children, there is also a little dog ( Bú) who was a charm, the location and perfect because and in Costaneira and is very close to everything, there are also restaurants nearby. Anyway, and a simple but very welcoming place, I intend to return to Paraguay and stay in Hernandarias about 03 days and will return to André's accommodation for sure!

We like it very much!! The house is very large, equipped and has air conditioning in almost every room. The look of the river is very beautiful, especially at sunrise. Communication with Ivan and the checkin were also quiet. It would surely return!
