Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

We loved the house in Baldovar, it’s a very cozy house with a great indoor fire place and bbq. The town was very quiet town and perfect for a tranquil retreat. One of the best places to see the starry night, many walking trails around the house and in the area. Wi-Fi also perfect for working from home. Jesus is a great host, very helpful and communicative. Will definitely repeat!

We had a wonderful stay in this house! It’s located right in the heart of the historic center of Sagunto — narrow streets, old facades, and a unique atmosphere that makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. The house itself is authentic and full of character, with stone walls and historic details, yet it’s also cozy and comfortable. Inside, it's spacious, clean, and bright. The large terrace became our favorite spot — we had breakfast, dinner, and relaxed there every day. The kitchen is well-equipped, making cooking easy and enjoyable. A big bonus was the bicycles! 🚲 We used them to get to the grocery store and even to the beach — walking would take a while, but cycling made it a pleasant and fun trip. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the hosts were very kind and responsive. Everything was well-organized and stress-free. It’s a perfect place for a slow, soulful vacation — full of charm and history. Highly recommend!

Would recommend to anyone for peaceful and tranquil retreat Lola was a great host and we wanted for nothing. Lola met us in the local town and we followed her for five minutes to property.

This apartment high above Serra is unique. The climb to get there is steep, but worth the effort. Carlos' place is small but spacy. The beds in the 2 bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the terrace is sunny during afternoon and evening with a great view. There is a large parasol to put up that will provide a large shade. The bathroom is quite small and the toilet doesn't flush easily. A bakery is very close by as is the Charter supernarket which offers a wide range of (fresh) products. Carlos was always reachable and gave us perfect directions and instructions. A parking is just below the house. We recommend bar Jubilats Serra for drinks with an amazing view, Les Moreres for a nice meal or Descanso for amazing paella and the most friendly staff. Even during the power blackout on april 28 they kept cooking in the dark kitchen and they kept serving beers as long as possible! Gracias Carlos, we will be back!

La casa muy bonita, cómoda y buenas instalaciones. La anfitriona muy amable y atenta desde el minuto cero...con buenas recomendaciones sobre rutas en la zona, compras, comidas... De las 4 habitaciones sólo 1 era pequeña y sin ventana al exterior. En general EXCELENTE.

Buscábamos un sitio tranquilo, cerca de la naturaleza y también cerca de las pistas de Valdelinares. Lo encontramos muy fácilmente y nos pareció muy acogedor desde el momento que llegamos. El único punto negativo que pondríamos como inconveniente fue que la cafetera italiana no estaba, la buscamos por todas partes, hasta debajo de las camas jeje, pero por lo demás todo fantástico.

Flexible with our arrival time, a great and clean stay for the night. Went above and beyond, such as providing water bottles which was really helpful with our later arrival time.

Wir haben uns zu dritt in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung reicht über zwei Etagen, sie ist ruhig, groß und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Aussicht von den Balkonen ist wirklich toll. Die Lage ist prima, um (mit einem Auto) Ausflüge nach Valencia und an die Küste zu machen oder zum Wandern in die Berge zu kommen.

We were 3 ladies, on a 4 night trip, and Jordi's apartment was perfect for us. It's in a relatively peaceful neighbourhood but has an amazing cafe for breakfast on the corner, a big supermarket on the same block, a row of bars and restaurants just across the road, and is 20 mins into the centre of the old town. Jordi was a brilliant host: from the PDF sent at the time of the booking with all his local recommendations, to his offer of early check-in/late check-out as he didn't have bookings either side of ours. This meant that we really got to enjoy our last day in Valencia instead of lugging our suitcases around until our evening flight. It's in a very striking building, and it's green turrets making it easy to spot from quite a distance a way. Quite handy for those of us, who are navigationally challenged. Valencia is a city that has everything. I'd go back for another visit and I'd stay at this place whenever I do.

The apartment is wonderful - presented immaculately clean, very well fitted out & furnished, it feels like a home not a rented apartment, & the generous roof terrace makes it fantastic - sitting out until late in the evening looking over the rooftops with the sound of the city in the background is a delight - the bed was very comfortable and the airconditioning was super! The location is excellent - just a short easy walk into the centre of Valencia's old town, also with a good sized supermarket just down the road for supplies, and lots of cafes/restaurants/bars all around the area. One of the highlights for us was our host Susanna - she was so friendly, kind and approachable, and clearly genuinely cared that we were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves - whenever we messaged she always replied quickly and was very helpful. We had a lovely stay and will look forward to going back…and would we recommend it?…absolutely without question! 5 stars are not sufficient - well done Susanna & Sam!

Lovely lovely property - didn’t want to leave. Everything we needed and more. Lucia was a delight to deal with and nothing was too much trouble - fabulous restaurant recommendations as well. We can’t wait to go back!!

Es una casita muy acogedora en el centro de Rubielos de Mora con todas las comodidades que puedas imaginar. Además, nos sorprendió gratamente, ya que creemos que el anuncio no le hace justicia a la casa, es mucho mejor de lo que parece. Sin duda volveríamos a elegir esta casa en caso de volver a Rubielos de Mora.

Wir waren zu sechst über ein verlängertes Wochenende dort und das Haus war perfekt für unsere Zwecke. Sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet, unkomplizierter Vermieter und gute Anbindung an die Bahn, um in die Stadt zu fahren (ca 30 min). Alles in allem absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Estancia inmejorable en el alojamiento de Juan Carlos, la casa era absolutamente impecable, fiel a la descripción, mención especial a la zona jardin/piscina que es espectacular, casa muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para estar comodo, Juan Carlos nos ha tratado muy bien en todo momento haciéndonos sentir como en casa, es un verdadero gusto tratar con gente así, sin duda repetiré en el futuro y por supuesto recomiendo 100% este alojamiento!

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

Todo estaba bien cuidado y equipado con todo lo necesario para sentirnos como en casa. La camas eran muy cómodas. La ubicación también fue ideal, tranquila pero cerca de todo lo que necesitábamos. La zona exterior lo mejor. Oscar fue muy amable y atento. Muchas gracias por todo, sin duda, repetiríamos sin pensarlo.

Todo estupendo Destaco la proximidad a la playa, la tranquilidad y la amplitud de la casa con espacios exteriores muy agradables. También destaco la cantidad de facilidades que tiene la casa sobre todo me refiero a barbacoa, paella, cocina. Por último, la facilidad de comunicación. Como punto de mejora creo q si no hay alquiler al dia siguiente se deberia de considerar alargar la salida y equipararla a la hora de entrada( las 16h) sin gastos extras. Ya que si pagas dos dias y no hay otras reservas deberia de considerarse.

séjour impeccable : maison spacieuse et très complète, piscine superbe, environnement très agréable et calme et surtout Susan très sympathique et disponible tout en étant discrète. une mention spéciale pour les écureuils que l'on regrette déjà.
