Clean, easy to get to, good vibes, great location. Honestly would really recommend this place if you want a good central spot, neighbors are extremely noise sensitive though so keep that in mind.

The apartment is beautiful and surprisingly spacious—much larger than it appears in the photos. The location couldn’t be better, with everything within easy reach. Arantxa is an exceptional host: super flexible, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough great things about this apartment — it was the perfect home base for our time in Valencia. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how *spotlessly clean* and beautifully decorated it was. Every detail, from the tasteful artwork to the amazing lighting made the space feel both elegant and welcoming. The location was unbeatable — just steps away from cafes, shopping, and the metro. Javier clearly put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and memorable experience. Everything was exactly as described and communication and recommendations were appreciated and excellent.

We stayed two nights and we can only say: spectacular! The house is even better than in the photos, super comfortable, clean and with all the details taken care of. The pool and barbecue area are the best, we set up our little paradise and didn't want to leave! It exceeded all our expectations, both for the space and for how good we felt during the stay. You can tell that the hosts have everything very well thought out so that you can enjoy yourself without worrying about anything. 100% recommended. And yes, we will repeat without hesitation!

well-decorated and spacious apartment with a large living room, kitchen, laundry room and 2 bedrooms and walk-in shower and as a bonus an elevator for me who has trouble walking. On the other hand, we were disappointed by requena that we found quite dirty short ideal break between two long journeys

We went to Valencia to go to the beach and were delighted that Sergio’s apartment was so close to the best beach in the area. Sergio’s apartment was well stocked (even had beach chairs) and was close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. One afternoon we enjoyed renting bicycles and riding around the area. The apartment is also well decorated, and Sergio is easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay at his place again!

Clearly in center of action (1st time visitors would do well here, like me), yet quiet, secure street and building. Squeaky clean. Modern and well-stocked place, including some olive oil, coffee and spices. Wine and large bottle of water. Would stay here again.

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, no doubt. The apartment is simply spectacular: spacious, tastefully decorated, full of light and with all the comforts you can imagine. If I go back to Valencia, I'll repeat without thinking. Olga has been a 10-star host: friendly, flexible and with smooth and super easy communication from the first moment. You can tell that he takes care of even the smallest detail to make you feel at home. We went with a little one and it was ideal: safe stairs, high chair, crib, bathtub, even diapers and wipes! Fantastic place and a great host. Very spacious and in a great location. Within 8 to 10 minutes walk you have options for pretty much everything.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

I stayed in the apartment for a little over 3 weeks in Chulilla. Conveniently located, had all the amentities I needed. Roberto was a helpful host.

Spacious, quiet, clean apartment with everything you need and close to the historic center. Lots of great local food options in the neighborhood. Apartment is very quiet and I slept great. We were very happy with everything and Hernan is a great , responsive, friendly host.

Everything was great.

Everything is exactly as advertised. The accommodation is very close to the beach and the pools were good. A pool was perfect for our one-year-old and four-year-old. Nice and large balcony with sea view and high chair (which is important for us). Well-equipped kitchen and both washing machine and dryer. In addition, there is good space to hang the laundry on a separate balcony.

The apartment is great, the location is excellent and the host was very attentive and kind at all times.

If you search for a definition of an ideal location, this is it. Directly on the beautiful beach, between a lot of restaurants, bars and shops with a wonderful view - top! It also means that this place lives to the late nights so you need to accept some level of noise(but nothing too disturbing, we were there with 2 kids under 5). The flat consists of 2 floors which divides sleeping part from the living part which is perfect although the steps are a bit steep and toilet only on the bottom floor. Anyway - Concha beach+this apartment=definitely perfect combination!
