I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

Family-friendly apartments in Hallertau (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. An ideal base for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt, or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping options, and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, we offer bicycles, toys, table tennis, a foosball table, and an outdoor play area. In the immediate vicinity of the Franconian Lake District as well as Nuremberg and on the edge of the Altmühltal Nature Park, you can enjoy beautiful hours in the small village of Lay! Our "Falkennest-Haus" from 1937, which we have lovingly renovated, consists of two separate apartments, which can be wonderfully combined for a large group. The special charm of old walls mixed with modern elements and the latest furnishings makes your stay a unique experience!

Enjoy the natural beauty around this historic place to stay. Welcome to the Schlössl in Beilngries! On a plateau on a slope above Beilngries stands this unique hunting lodge from the 17th century. In an absolutely secluded location, surrounded by the nature of the Altmühl Valley, you will find peace and quiet here. The park-like garden with terrace invites you to linger. The Schlössl is also the starting point for various cycling and hiking trails.

The apartment with a spacious balcony was newly built in 2018 in the center of the village, is accessible by elevator and is located on the upper floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There are also 2 sofa beds in the living/dining area. We provide towels and bed linens for your stay. The car can be parked in the carport next to the house. For bicycles, there is a separate lockable storage room.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

Spacious attic apartment near Ingolstadt

The light-filled apartment is located on the top floor of our building (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2017 and, with its 100 m², offers plenty of space to stay. You can sit on the large loggia in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and a dryer can be shared in the basement.
