We offer our "cottage" here! It is located directly on the edge of the forest behind our house and is part of an old mill farm in the middle of the forest! We are 1 kilometer away from the nearest neighbor and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometers away. This is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! Welcome to our cozy apartment "Hunsrück-Juwel💎." The apartment was refurbished in 2019 and renovated in 2023. There are three rooms plus a balcony. The apartment is equipped to a high standard and is located in a quiet location in Kastellaun. Shops and beautiful hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. It is worth visiting the suspension rope bridge “Geierlay” - just 10 minutes away by car. The Rhine and Moselle are also within easy reach. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

We have really enjoyed some lovely days in Svenja's cozy home! There was a nice garden where we had both breakfast, lunch and dinner several days and the house lived up to our expectations. The home was convenient with everything our little family needed, including changing space and baby bed, and Svenja was helpful and made check-in so easy. We enjoyed it so much, so we checked if we could rent it longer - but of course the house was booked!

From the beginning, even when booking, Cornelia was flexible and cooperative. We were very hospitably received. Cornelia and Michael's open and down-to-earth attitude made my company feel at home quickly. The house tour was also really necessary because there is a lot to do if you want to. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet village and it is wonderful to wake up in a terrain with a lot of private space. We were also lucky with the timing, which allowed us to attend a nice party with equally pleasant and friendly people from the region. Waldwiese 33! (thanks for the invitation!) There is also plenty to do for hikers and there are several picturesque villages on the Moselle less than an hour's drive away. A pleasant home for anyone who wants to explore the region!

The mega great apartment with gigantic furnishings and exclusive expansion and fantastic renovation is a highlight to be a guest here. The quiet location nestled in nature is sensational. This stay was a feel-good experience for body, mind, and soul. The garden, which belongs to the upper apartment, is beautiful and the guests who are allowed to use it are enviable. Ultimately, you want to move in here forever, because the positive energy wears you are completely enchanted. All the people in the village are extremely helpful, Aunt Marion, the restaurant of Kaup Mitte. There is nowhere to be friendly and more accommodating. The care and cleanliness of the apartment and the house of the Portuguese couple and of course Dirk, is more than clean. I have never found the extraordinary interior design, with this attention to detail. The value of all materials from wall paint to bath mat is simply to delight

a wonderful stay in a great basement apartment, freshly renovated and very clean. a really very well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. we had a wonderful weekend and would love to come back. we were even allowed to use fresh herbs from the garden... thank you very much.
