Cozy ski-in/ski-out 1 bedroom condo (with sleeping den) in the heart of Solitude ski resort village (located in Big Cottonwood Canyon). This 800+ square foot condo is one of the largest 1 bedrooms on the property. It's the ideal mountain getaway, with access to the Solitude Club which includes: hot tub, heated swimming pool, workout, game and movie rooms. Within walking distance to four eating/drinking establishments and the best snow on earth! For summer stays, we have added two A/C units.

Pool, Hot Tub, Laundry in Convention Center and now EV Charging. Rail Trail Right Outside The free bus line is right outside the building and they use the -MyStop - app.

Situated near downtown Park City the Norway House is the perfect summer getaway! Come experience all PC has to offer in the warmer months-hiking, mountain biking, shopping, incredible eateries and art galleries. Only 10 short minutes from the Jordanelle Reservoir, you can spend the day on the beach jet skiing, paddle boarding, boating or picnicking. Wake up feeling refreshed, pop on your ski boots by the fireplace, pick up your skis in the ski locker, and in a few steps outside, you'll be on the Eagle lift ready to find some powder! After a day on the slopes, relax your muscles in one of the common area heated pools (heated in summer and winter) or in your own private jetted tub. In the summer, this unit is a prime location for hiking and mountain biking trails. The condo complex also has tennis and pickleball courts and bbq grills.

This studio-loft condo is located in the Prospector Complex which is an ideal location within Park City. There are 2 bus stops are conveniently located on the complex perimeter that take you to Main Street, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, the Canyons, or anywhere in town, and bus rides are free! 4 min drive to main street, or a short bus ride. Several coffee shops, restaurants, & grocery store within 5-10 mins walking. The historic union pacific rail trail runs right behind the complex.
