Her bor familien Mikalsen med to barn og en hund med en unik utsikt! Dyrevennlig med inngjerdet tomt så hunden kan gå løs, barnevennlig med trampoline og andre leker. Flott utsikt med kort vei til dagligvarebutikker. Sengeplasser ordnes etter behov for antall rom og hvis behov for sengetøy må dette tas opp med verten. Idag står det permanent 4 x dobbelseng og en sprinkelseng. Kan skaffe flere senger/madrasser ved behov. 4 oppstillingsplasser for biler på tomten.

Her kan gjøre alle tenkelige aktiviteter ved sjøen, samt gå på fjellturer. Etter avtale kan det også leies båt for store eller for små. Det samme gjelder fiskeutstyr.
