We had a wonderful time in the apartment one, Lou Marcelou. Breathtaking view over the lake; easy access to all tourist hotspots nearby. Top restaurant in town; supermarket with local products nearby. Excellent communication with Christine & Clive.

Pierre and Anne's accommodation is pleasant and spacious, and the environment is breathtaking with hikes with 360-degree panoramic views and views of the lake. Pierre was very welcoming and available

Great place, easy check in! Lovely and well stocked with all the cooking utensils! Comfy bed only down point was would of loved to of had the grass cut so the kids could of played in the garden

We only spent one night in Barbara's house, a family house, practical and no fuss, it has a soul, we felt at home and would have gladly extended our stay! There are hiking trails accessible without taking the car, everything you need to cook, board games... Once you arrive you don't want to leave. A real disconnection.

Odile and her husband are very welcoming hosts. The environment is calm and pleasant. The accommodation is small but functional, it is very suitable for two people. We'll be back.

Alison’s place is worth it. The house is old and thus has the typical thick walls to keep the heat out in the summer (or the cold out in the winter). The interior is more modern, though, laced with Provençal decorations. We loved it! Alison understands her guests and offers specified ideas for days out, restaurants etcetera. She’s the perfect host.

An absolutely perfect stay! The house was beautiful with a superb exterior. A true haven of peace, calm and relaxing, ideal for recharging and enjoying with family. The host was lovely, very welcoming and always available when needed. Everything was beyond our expectations. We'll be happy to go back!

What a great place to stay. I have never rented a house that was so fully equipped, everything was really there. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the silence and tranquility were a relief. Our hosts Valerie and Delphine were super attentive and the chickens provided us with fresh eggs every day. For us, the house was a starting point for beautiful sporty bike rides in the truly beautiful surroundings. One gorge was more beautiful than the next. Upon returning from our trips, we enjoy the terrace, we miss it and leave with some sadness. We will definitely come back again, maybe as a group of friends but perhaps also with family, because it is a fantastic family home. Valerie, thank you again for all the thoughtful and quick responses. You have created a little paradise.

Lilou's welcome was very warm, she made us feel home and her sunny smiles were so enjoyable! The house is comfortable, a lot of good equipment, charming stone house, surrounded by beautiful mountains and friendly goats. Full nature, very good change of pace and break from city and busy life. The weather is very nice and the house stays cool during the day. Many sightseeings to see, just need to drive through the mountains but scenic drive to enjoy. Lac de castillon, Carstellane, the river, citadelle Entrevaux, hiking trails, Reserve des monts d'azur, Grasse, The locomotive from Entrevaux to Annot....these are the places we were able to go to...and there is more to discover! Just resting at the house and gazing stars at night were very delighting. Definitely we had a great stay, we enjoy 100%! Lilou is a wonderful host.

Great welcome, total change of scenery and faithful to our expectations. We were really well received by Mathilde, her husband and their children. The place is magical and incredibly quiet. We came for a weekend, we felt like we stayed a week. A big thank you, if the opportunity arises we would like to be able to come back.

Very nice and welcoming cottage, perfect for a family stay. Pros: the fireplace, proximity to the bus shuttle, very clean and quality bedrooms and bathrooms. Very serious and responsive host. We would highly recommend it.

House full of charm, really very pleasant to live in. Renovated with beautiful materials. We had a very good week in this little haven of a country. We were looking for a nice quiet house but not totally lost with a nice view, a pool and a garden. Successful mission! The view is superb, the house spacious. We really enjoyed the small terrace at the top that allows you to have all meals outside. The "courtyard" space with its green lawn and large fig tree is also very friendly. The garden area with swimming pool is surrounded by a charming wrought iron fence with splendid views. In short, we are delighted and will definitely return with friends to enjoy the 2 cottages and share this little piece of paradise together.

We had a memorable stay at the champ'ÊTRE!! Rachel and Bastien made us feel at home and better. We took advantage of their basket of fresh vegetables, which were delicious. They also offered us a multitude of activities corresponding to our needs. For the accommodation, it is very spacious, clean and quiet. We had no difficulty accessing it, even with a small car. Thank you again for your warm welcome! I hope to see you soon.

Beautiful cottage with great and unobstructed views. Everything was perfect. Located close to the center of Valensole, I recommend it. René is a friendly host.

Staying at Agnes's beautiful house was an unforgettable experience for our entire family. The house is surrounded by a stunning garden, a pool, and various relaxing corners. Agnes thinks of everything, so the house is furnished down to the smallest detail, including an incredibly well-equipped kitchen with beautiful porcelain. It was definitely the best vacation our family has ever had. Many thanks to Agnes for all the hospitality and details that made our stay feel like a second home.

The building is tall and thin, beginning with the kitchen (with laundry, toilet), then up to a living room (tv, fold-out sofa), then up to main bed (toilet, shower) and finally to a room which would be good for kids to entertain themselves. The rooms/floors communicate through a spiral staircase. Christian has done a nice job of rehabilitating the building - it is soundly constructed (or re-constructed), he has nice taste, and most important to me: All the systems were easy to operate - stove, washer, dryer. Often, foreign appliances are quirky and confusing, but this was not a problem here. The only thing to worry about is if you have trouble with stairs, which I do not. The town is lovely, un-touristed, quiet. In May, you must be prepared to do some cooking, as the nearby bar has only limited food service.

We (2 adults and 3 children from 9 to 14 years old) spent 5 really pleasant days in this cozy, perfectly clean and functional cottage. The calm and beauty of the landscape are to be emphasized, as well as the quality of the welcome. The pool was appreciated to its full value as well as the outdoor plancha. I'd recommend it without a second thought

Florence and Christophe are very welcoming and discreet hosts. they gave us a lot of information about the surroundings the apartment is very spacious and very comfortable, tastefully decorated the terrace has a very nice view of the Alps in the distance parking the car under the shed is a plus when it's hot
