House holiday rentals in Alonnisos

It is a fantastic place. Private, no neighbors, great ocean view. Excellent quality furniture, beds, shower. Insect screens on all windows and doors. Modern Aircon. Four different places to sit outside: Always a place in the sun or shade. Great sunbeds. Good pool. Excellent TV. Great WiFi. 10 minutes by car to Panormos and 15 to Skopelos City. Last 150 m to the house is gravel road, but no problem at all, even for a small rented car. It was a fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful week at the villa. We jumped into the pool soon after arriving and felt so calm and relaxed in such a homely retreat, surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees in a beautifully tended garden. It was a delight to watch the fabulous swallows swooping by the pool. The beach is in walking distance, as are several beachside restaurants and a little supermarket. Staying in mid-June, the beach was not that busy, and my partner and I really enjoyed quiet early morning swims in the lovely deep water. We visited other bays and went into Skopelos Town during our stay and always felt very happy to return to Pamormos to Vila Geraki. Eva was very helpful in arranging a car hire for us before we arrived and advised helpfully on various travel queries and was so welcoming when we arrived. We felt well looked after and will remember our trip for years to come.

Everything was perfect for us. We stayed here for one week and loved the privacy of the apartment and especially the view. The apartment ist really beautiful and has everything we needed. The pool was a great plus as well! You definitely need a car to get there and you should be an advanced driver for the road up there but also for the entrance to the apartment (very steep and narrow - depending on the rented car kind of hard to turn around the car in there so we decided to drive in there backwards after two days which worked way better for us) Overall - we would definitively come back it was one of the best airbnb experiences we had so far! Dimitri’s and his whole team was also really helpful the whole time :)

The Villas are quite amazing, modern and very private, you feel to be in vacation the second you get inside the complex. The private beach is literally a 3 min walking and it is one of the best in the island. The cleanliness is incredible. It is the place to be on the island. The man in charge is Spyros, he holds the reservation and his help change your stay from A vacation to THE vacation: he helps from the day before your arrival and sets everything in motion so that when you enter the villas you feel at home. He shares with you the most valuable information about what to do, where and when and is always available 24/7; he also helped with the boat renting (George Boat Renting is another 5-star guy that I suggest you) and wanted to be there when we left! The last night we had dinner there, Spyros went to buy fresh fish for us and Nick, THE chef 👨‍🍳 , cooked for us a no brainer grilled fish (Michelin star!) I just wanna thank them for all the real help and hard work! Hope to come back!

We had a lovely stay the villa was really nice ,and well maintained it was a great location for us , the area is lovely and very easy to catch the bus into Skiathos .Alexandros was very kind and easy to communicate with us . Thanks for having us .

We had a wonderful time at Elia Cottage. Its a perfect location and setting - so peaceful and quiet, surrounded by olive trees and beautiful gardens. A car is definitely recommended to explore the island, but if you wanted a week of relaxation at the cottage it's not necessary. The cottage is perfect, with everything you could need, and more. The beds are comfy, the showers are hot and powerful, and the pool is such a treat. Sally is a fantastic host and we would love to stay here again in the future.

We had a great time in the villa. It’s located in the middle of nature which makes it very peaceful to stay in. Manolis was super communicative and helpful, we had a great stay!

The house is in the heart of the beautiful old town. Prepare to get lost in the maze of ancient streets - it took us 3 days before we could remember the way home! There’s a lovely store just round the corner where you can buy essentials. Manolis and Sophia were attentive hosts - we appreciated fresh eggs and fruit left for us from Sophia’s garden. The house is immaculate and the balcony overlooks the rooftops and mountains and is a lovely place to sit. It’s not useable in the rain however (sadly we had some!) and the only other seating in the house is around the dining table. You can get to nearby Stafylos beach by bus (€2 single) or taxi (€10 one way). It’s a beautiful beach with a great taverna. We had a great stay and loved Skopelos - thank you.

We had a very good stay at Steve and Fiona’s place. They were kind, helpful, and flexible, especially with the check-in process, which made everything much easier. They even waited for us after our flight to personally show us the way to the accommodation, which we really appreciated. The place was clean and just as described. Future guests should note that parking isn’t right at the property because of the steep, rocky road, so there’s a short walk involved. That said, Steve and Fiona kindly helped us with our luggage. The location has lovely views, and the neighborhood is quite peaceful, with just the occasional sound of a barking dog. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience.

What an amazing place and host. As the last leg of our Greece trip, this was the perfect island and place to top it off. The place was in the middle of everything, was. Clean, chic, modern and high end; like it was your own. Louisa as a host went above and beyond our high expectations. This was the ideal little house for us - clean, comfortable with a lovely terrace. Close enough for restaurants and bars and the busy port but just slightly away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect for us! Manolis was helpful from the initial booking through to leaving even sending his asst Chris to meet us from the ferry and take us to the house. Very quick response to any message or question and full of helpful advice. Any issues sorted quickly by Manolis or Chris. Would recommend to anyone visiting Skopelos Town.

super super super great view you almost don't know whether to go out to eat the location is so great

Yanna was a terrific host and very keen to help out with all our questions and needs. She was also proactive in suggesting places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The house is beautiful and the views from the three balconies stunning. The only downside was that public transport (one bus line to Skopelos Town at infrequent times) was insufficient to explore all parts of the island or even to go food shopping, so car rental was necessary, even though Yanna offered to give us lifts, when she was free. This was however easy and economic to arrange in Loutraki. We would certainly rent this property again!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Skopelos, this is the right place! Very close to a beautiful beach, very friendly hosts and big and well furnished apartments.

I was solo travelling and had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything and so close to town. The place itself is beautiful, modern, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were absolutely lovely. They provided clear instructions on how to find the property and even shared a list of great local recommendations for things to do and places to eat, which was super helpful. They were always available if I needed anything, and I felt completely safe during my stay. I’ve had the best time and will definitely be coming back!

Great little house in the heart of town but nice and quiet. Clean and modern and the air con worked well so nice and cool on an evening. Would recommend and would stay again.

We had a great time right away, the host came to pick us up at the port and took us home. A cute studio with outdoor space, very clean and with everything you need. It's even nicer than what you see in the photos. The area is also great, you can reach everything on foot. The host is very responsive, responds immediately and also gave us useful advice for our stay in Alonissos. Highly recommended!

Such an incredible home in the best location in Alonnissos, the Old Village. Right in the center of town, with the most incredible view from two scenic decks. This traditional Greek home had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We loved sitting outside in the morning for coffee and enjoying our meals on the patio. The location was perfect, just a short walk into the village where there was our favorite bakery, a grocery store, cute shops and restaurants. Melanie was the best host and was so great in recommendations and getting back to me with all of my questions! We wished we could have stayed longer!

I just spent an unforgettable week in this stunning house in Skopelos Town. Every morning, I woke up to breathtaking views of the sea, the soothing sound of birdsong, and the incredible light and energy that make this island so magical. The house itself is absolutely perfect — like something out of a fairytale. It’s beautifully designed, thoughtfully equipped, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Bar and her partner are truly exceptional hosts — warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond by picking us up from the port when we arrived and dropping us off when we left, making our trip seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for the perfect Airbnb experience in Skopelos, look no further. This place is a dream — I can’t recommend it highly enough!

We had the most fantastic break at Barbara’s place. We didn’t want to leave. The listing and photos really don’t do justice to it. Sitting on the balcony/ terrace listening to the waves before heading down to swim in the crystal waters of a secluded beach (not private) was a dream. The outside space is well thought through, with a variety of comfortable and sheltered places to relax. The interior of the house is not fancy, but it has everything you need and is so clean. We cooked a lot and it was pretty well equipped. It’s a 20 min drive to Patitiri or there are local tavernas nearby. You definitely need a car.

Loved this simple and delightful traditional village house with a shady garden and beautiful views. Plenty of places to eat nearby and easy to get bus into Patitiri port. Big comfy bed and lovely spacious bedroom too. Eleni was very helpful and brought fresh towels regularly. Sad to leave.

It was an amazing holiday- the house is super nice stylish and yet very cozy decorated. Everything you need to feel just at home is there and actually much more. Never before ever have seen such a level of cleanliness- the landlady brought it to a top perfection. The recommendations were very useful and very interesting. Thank you very for everything, we can warmly recommend you and hope to come one day again to wonderful Skopelos

We were greeted by the mother who was very kind. The apartment is very nice with a beautiful sea view. If I had to go back to Alonissos, I would choose it again!
