We loved our stay - the house was beautiful and spacious and spotlessly clean, in a peaceful idyllic location and we particularly loved the roof terrace and balcony. We would love to return. Maria was a wonderful host and very communicative throughout our stay. She was happy to offer us a later check out on our final day which was hugely appreciated.

We had an amazing week in a beautiful villa, the pictures don’t do it justice! Having the pool, access to tennis court, a large BBQ and various dining & social areas really made our trip special. There is some construction going on in the local area but we weren’t disturbed by any of it and the neighbours are quiet. Ubers and local taxi companies were easy to find and great for going to Faro & Quarteria as well as local supermarkets. The Aquashow waterpark was only 15 minutes drive away and Quinta da Tôr winery around 25 minutes drive away - both great days out. We were met within minutes of arriving and were given a tour, any messages sent were promptly replied to. Self check-out was ideal as we had early flights. Couldn’t rate anything any higher!

We had a fabulous stay at this apartment in Almancil. The location was just perfect. A 5 minute walk to the Quinta do Lago lake which had lots of restaurants and The Shack which had a great bar and a small beach. We also used the pool communal pool a few times in the afternoon which was great. We played at 3 different golf courses which were all around 5 minutes in a taxi (if you haven’t been to this area before, Uber taxis are so easy and good value). The apartment was super clean and and comfortable and while we ate out for a lot of the meals the kitchen had everything we needed for when we did cook and eat there. We had a few questions before we got there and the hosts were really helpful with the info we needed. My booking was with friends for golf and we’ll definitely be booking again for next year and I’ll also be looking to bring my family here later in the summer too as the beach at The Shack looked ideal for younger kids
