Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Allonnes

Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

We came as part of the organization of our friend's bachelorette party, there were 8 of us, each had their own bed, the apartment was clean, we had a very good stay. Small functional apartment ideally located close to amenities and the train station, it is rather easy to find a parking space in the street, everything was perfect for our short weekend stay and the hosts are welcoming and responsive.

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is comfortable and functional, in a quiet and charming pedestrian street, in the city center of La Ferté-Bernard. Very good bedding. All shops as well as the recreation area are within walking distance. Easy parking nearby. Communication with Christine was very simple and responsive. We highly recommend it!

Second stay at Émilie's, apartment still as clean and pretty. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy anything this time because the flu kept me bedridden as soon as I arrived, but Émilie was extremely understanding and accommodating to help me as much as possible. I thank her for that.

Very clean, hosts were extremely responsive and clear with instructions on how to access property. Local area felt a little deprived but I had no issues as was just using the apartment as a night stopover en route back to UK from Occitane area of France. I would happily stay there again if travelling a similar route.

The house is extremely well located, peaceful and close to the Le Mans circuit. Perfect for a Grand Prix or 24-hour weekend. It takes ten to fifteen minutes to get there. The house is well appointed and equipped. The veranda is perfect for spending well-deserved evenings of rest after a day of touring. Catherine is a very accommodating and friendly host. The "special" weekend price for the circuit is high, as are all accommodations in the area, because there is a lot of demand. But the location close to the circuit is a big advantage. On a "normal" weekend, the location and accommodation are to be remembered for a very pleasant stay. Thank you to Catherine.

We had a great time in this beautiful home! The heated pool delighted everyone, young and old. Everything was very clean. We celebrated two important birthdays and were able to enjoy the beautiful terrace for a great meal. It was simply great, we will keep very beautiful memories. Thank you so much!

Good communication with Linda, she was available and attentive. The accommodation is very close to the circuit and well suited for a stay between drivers, I would recommend it.

This is the second time we've been to Gérard's. It's a quiet and perfect place to spend time with family or friends. Thank you Gérard for making coffee, tea and oil available to us. There was also a bottle of rosé wine as a welcome gift. The bikes were very useful. We enjoyed the petanque court, foosball, pool and ping-pong. Many thanks for your hospitality, Josiane. Very nice cottage in a nice little village. Very quiet. The rental is perfect, identical to the photos. Very clean and convenient. Everything you need. Great kitchen. Very nice rooms, very comfortable bedding. Very nice small living room. A terrace that must be very pleasant when the weather is nice to eat, unfortunately we had water...... Bathrooms at the top, just to say something, it would be necessary in the showers to put a small shelf for the products. If we go back there, we know where we went. And a large garage, I forgot, super convenient. Thank you to the hosts for making us a beautiful cottage.

Excellent welcome from Seb, always available, attentive. Very clear access explanations. Seb is very flexible on schedules. Very well appointed and very clean cottage. The spacious and very nice room, very large bathroom as well. The place is very quiet. We'll be back. We have great memories of our stay. We highly recommend Seb's accommodation.

Quick response and good solutions to good times

Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!
