This space is totally new! It was a yoga studio recently renovated into a studio, loft apartment! It is airy and bright with a fantastic lake view. The lake has kayaks, paddle boarding and a peddle boat that are accessible to guests. There are walking paths around the lake and a deck with a hammock to sit and enjoy some nature time. The studio apartment has its own entrance in the back above the family garage. The family house is next door. There is a resident friendly yellow dog named Pug!

Overlook Nook 2 bedroom cabin on Berlin Lake

Cabin was clean and roomy for 4 people. We were able to use the dock for our boat during our entire visit. We were also able to park our boat trailer on their property which was very appreciative. Public boat ramp was only a 10 minute car drive away. Hosts had recommendations for breakfast which we highly enjoyed. We had a perfect stay and would definitely return.

Faith's place was beautiful and the area is peaceful. We were able to relax and had everything we needed. Faith made us feel right at home. Her place had an at home feel. There are several lakes and trails not to far from her place. Definitely want to return.

Our stay at Julie's, Chicory house was outstanding. All of the amenities that anyone would need, and very comfortable spaces all throughout. She was very accommodating and quickly responded to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again in our future travels to the area.

Great find in Alliance especially if you need a place to host family or a function. For context, we traveled to Alliance to spend Christmas with in-laws and stayed here with a 9 month old with no trouble - our son actually loved the place crawling around exploring the barn. It is located next to a lot of convenience stores and restaurants so if you need to pick something up or forgot to pack something, it's a 2 minute drive into the main street going through town to get to walgreens, gas station, or down the road 5 minutes to a wal mart. The actual place itself has all the amenities as described and Esther is super communicative/responsive. Having traveled a lot using airbnb to find lodging, a host makes all the difference to ensure there is no added stress/anxiety while you are away from your norm and home.

We had a group of 8 come to town for the Spartan Obstacle Race, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The location was absolutely beautiful—peaceful countryside views that were even better than the pictures. Jennifer went above and beyond with thoughtful touches and amenities throughout the house. The game room was a hit, especially the foosball table and variety of games and puzzles. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and we loved gathering around the gorgeous dining room table for dinner. Everyone slept comfortably, and there was plenty of space for the whole group. But the sunroom—wow! Hands down my favorite spot. It was the perfect place to relax, watch the sunrise, and take in the serene view of the cows in the field and the cats out by the barn. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed retreat with room for a group!
