Our balcony room with private shower/toilet has a size of 27 square meters. The sleeping-living room is one room. It is located on the second floor with magnificent mountain views. In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own. Bath that are on the 1st floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a common room and a shared kitchen with huge, covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests for quiet use by arrangement. Please only dogs by prior arrangement. In addition, there is a holiday home for 6 - 8 persons in the DG.

The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. Mountain views are guaranteed.

Our charming, traditional and family-run guest house is within walking distance of the train station, Zugspitz train station, ice stadium and the pedestrian zone of Garmisch. The apartment has a double and a single bed with a small kitchenette, minibar, TV, WiFi, private bathroom/shower/toilet and a balcony.
