Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. Die Allgäuer Hochalpen, Rad- und Wanderwege, Skilift, Rodelbahn, Badeseen u.v.m. sind schnell erreicht. Zahlreiche Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten befinden sich fußläufig um die Wohnung. Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle und Fahrradverleih in direkter Nachbarschaft sowie der Tiefgaragenstellplatz (nur kleine Autos, s. 'Zugang für Gäste') vereinfachen den Aufenthalt.

Then my apartment is just right - it is located in the middle of nature (1.2 km to the town center) with a stream right outside the door! From here you can start directly for hiking, biking or other outdoor activities. Modern furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and fiber optic internet invite you to relax or work in the apartment. You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The lovingly furnished, sunny apartment with its own house entrance is located in a residential house directly on the Halfch. It has 43 sqm, living and sleeping area are not separated by a door. The apartment is best suited for couples or families with up to two children. A double bed, 180 x 200, and a sofa bed 140 x 195 provide ample space. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 induction hobs, refrigerator and sink. Parking is possible on the property.

So my apartment is perfect for those who want to relax, enjoy the Allgäu or discover the mountains in a sporty way!
