Holiday rentals in Allen Parish

Beautiful home and location! It was the perfect setting for our family gathering. We plan to come back and explore the trails and beach during the summer months.

Thank you, Lori, for the work you put into renovating this place and opening it up for visitors. We were in town for a funeral held at the Tabernacle so we could not have been in a more convenient spot. Your place was clean and inviting. My sister and I grew up coming to Dry Creek to spend time with our grandparents. When we would drive in at night time and saw this place with its lights on, it would mean we were almost to our destination. Dry Creek and the people there have always held a special piece of our hearts. I walked into this home and teared up with the nostalgia of it all. Imagine what a fun surprise when I was reading the framed Lake Charles article and saw my grandmother - Kathleen King - quoted! We look forward to staying again!

Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone wanting a nice & homey feel while away from home! They were quick to get back with us about any questions we had & made us feel so welcomed!

We had a wonderful time there. It was the most peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing stay we ever had. The area is remote and quite. We camper is new like he said and everything works perfect. The wifi was great and the area has plenty of free fire wood to get as long as you have a way to cut it up. The birds were fun to watch and listen to. And if you need a meal or some good coffee while your out there the Casino is only 25 minutes away. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The 2nd night there a huge storm hit and we lost electricity. Within an hour they had the generator up and running for us! I just hope every Airbnb I ever stay in has such wonderful hosts! The house fit our huge family perfectly. They even had toys for the infant grandbabies so we didn’t have to pack as much. The kitchen was beyond fully stocked for a great vacay. And T he views were AMAZING!!!

My husband and his friends are currently working in Louisiana! My friends, myself, and my daughter have been staying in a hotel down the road that just wasn’t cutting it! I found this Airbnb and Jayci was very quick to let us stay! Having a porch, fire pit, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and privacy have been amazing! We enjoyed it so much we continued our stay for multiple months! If my husband is ever in the area again, we will DEFINITELY be staying!

This was our second time at the Farmhouse… absolutely the best for visiting family. Spacious and well equipped. The hot cookies and fresh eggs were a pleasant surprise and appreciated! Will definitely stay again!

Great Experience.. #1 on my list of Airbnb stays. this was #145, and would what a fantastic time!
