Apartment holiday rentals in Allen County

I was in town for a sad occasion but this beautiful apartment wrapped me in cozy comfort. I had a lovely and peaceful place to retreat. The apartment is even nicer than the beautiful pictures show. Absolutely perfect size for a couple and the sofa bed was also comfortable for my son. I will book here again.

Enjoyed the stay between a few units in this complex and the hosts were available 24/7 and fast with their responses whenever needed

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It is well-located with a large grocery store and many restaurant options nearby. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and easy parking.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Declan. Elle is a very good host. She’s very responsive, friendly, and she went above and beyond for me during my stay. The home was very nice , quiet and clean. I would highly recommend The Declan House for an affordable stay in Fort Wayne.

I was there for work for about 21 days. The hosts always answered me and tired to be helpful. It’s was like -15 outside and the house was perfect. No issues and never was cold. If I am ever in that area again I will try to stay there first.

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment right in between downtown and West Central. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and close to everything. The Host is always very responsive and communicative. Definitely recommend!

Excellent experience; would stay again. The apartment is pristine. Nice, calming decor. Every detail was thought of ahead of time. From the kitchen (plates/cups/glasses/utensils/coffee machine and pods, tea selection, water kettle etc) to the bathroom (toothbrushes!/qtips/extra supplies) to the bedroom (extra blankets and plenty of pillows!). I really enjoyed the ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. Nice large tv in the living room and the internet was great. Lovely hosts. Very responsive through the AirBNB chat. I would highly recommend this apartment. A++++

Very comfortable place to stay. The space was clean, the hosts were responsive almost immediately when I had any questions or concerns. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place.

We stayed here for a friend’s wedding after he recommended the location. The place was just as advertised, easy self check in, hosts were helpful and responsive, and we enjoyed a great coffee spot right across the street. Close to great places in town like The Deck and close to Target. Beautiful stained glass in the bedroom, and parking on site were great perks. We loved staying here, and would stay again next time we’re in town.

We loved our stay in Lori and Tim’s home, a true urban oasis. It was absolutely spotless, charming, and even cozier in person. There were so many thoughtful touches: a personal welcome note, coffee and tea, snacks, puzzles and games, cozy blankets, sound machines, an umbrella, local recommendations, and on and on. Lori went above and beyond on her communication before and during our stay and we had the pleasure of meeting her! We enjoyed exploring the “oh five” neighborhood with our favorite spots being Old Crown Roasters and Lakeside Park. As noted in the description, this unit is on the main floor and there are shared walls. We heard the guests above us coming in late at night and walking around. But turning the sound machine up along with the fan we found in the closet really helped. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!!

Awesome place to stay while in Ft Wayne. It was close to the comedy club and restaurants. Was very clean and updated. Will definitely be back to stay again soon.

I had to reach out to Karen a couple of times prior to our stay. She was very kind and understanding each time. I would highly recommend staying here.

Place was really comfortable to stay now keep in mind d is downtown there’s some noise at night but nothing too loud you can’t sleep comfortably
