Located in a quiet neighborhood and only 2 miles from the amazing GAP trail and historic downtown Cumberland. Outdoor space is plentiful with a covered porch, ceiling fan and a back patio for sitting in the sun. The yard is very spacious as well. Bicyclists are very welcome in our home and will find covered, secure bike storage & cleaning area under the back porch.

Great place that has everything you need for a restful night. I loved the proximity to downtown restaurants etc. The street where it is located was a tad noisy in the middle of the night but no one bothered me. The space itself was super nice and comfortable.

This place is incredibly high tech, super cozy and well worth the price! Roman is a talented artist with a knack for hosting. His level of communication was just right and always super responsive. His home is in an old, historical town. Do your research for this to do before you stay as we were unable to book what we wanted since it sold out. With that said, there is so much entertainment right at the house that we didn't feel the slightest bit of disappointment! He also far exceeds any other host when it comes to making you feel at home and offers a slew of toiletries in addition to your standard toothbrush and toothpaste. I would come back to Cumberland just to stay at this house again!!

The cabin is comfortable and located steps from the river bank. We were there after heavy rains so the river was higher and flowing pretty fast making it unsafe for swimming unfortunately but steps down the bank make access easy. The cabin is nicely secluded from neighboring homes and near the very end of the road. Walked my dog along the road and all the way up Sky View (mentioned in his description). We made use of the grill and fire pit one evening. Interior has all you could want/need for a few days and is pretty well stocked.

Jennifer was very responsive and sent us directions to enter her home at 6:00 am. The house was spotless and very cozy. Very comfortable beds and bedding. We slept well! Jennifer's property met our needs perfectly!
