Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Allamakee County

We were here for a weekend away with friends. Everything looked exactly as the pictures, all amenities were as described and the view was BEAUTIFUL! This is a great place to get away and disconnect for a weekend! *Of note - the posting says dogs are allowed but there are restrictions on size and number as well as an additional fee that is not listed until the reservation is made. I would have appreciated this being in the posting and not finding out after the fact

This was such a great place to stay for a laidback get together to celebrate a birthday. We had everything that we needed in the kitchen to cook meals for each day we stayed, enough towels for 5 people for showers and to dry off after the hot tub. The bathrooms were stocked up with travel sized soap and shampoo/conditioner. A very beautiful & clean cabin experience! The trains were not a bother whatsoever even if they were frequent, we enjoyed them and didn’t find them to be a distraction or too loud. We ended up hiking at the Sugar Creek Bluff which we found with the brochures left at the cabin. The overlook was absolutely beautiful! There was plenty of room for a group of 5 and easy check in/check out process. We enjoyed the sunset and sunrise view that the stay provided and the view of the river. While the cabin was nearby to others, we felt very private and secluded. We were not bothered at all during our stay which was preferred. Also, the clue game was so much fun to complete. :)

Great stay. Note that the stairs to the second floor are steep and narrow and may be difficult for some.

We had a great stay. Host was very responsive and sent clear instructions for checkin. Location was really good for a family reunion we were attending in Caledonia, MN. Whiel the house is on a highway next to a motel, it was very private and quiet in the house. House has 3 bedrooms (each with a queen size bed) as well as a basement with 2 queen beds, so there was plenty of room for all of us. Most of the house was very clean and neat. There were a ton of amenities and the kitchen was very well stocked. The only bad thing was that someone had put away dirty dishes in the cupboards and drawers. Since the guest is supposed to clean all dishes and put them away before leaving, I am assuming that the previous guests did this. However, the cleaners should probably check for this. I would stay here again if visitng relatives in MN.

Wonderfully quiet, beautiful setting very comfortable kitchen was spectacular. I found it very comfy. Best part was very quiet. The view is spectacular. I would highly recommend the place.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, but still quiet enough to relax and unwind. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and coffee/tea supplies. Very peaceful and beautiful property. The walking path with its unique figurines made exploring the area feel a bit more special. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We saw lots of birds and butterflies, and the creek was really scenic. Would love to come back.

If you like the home away from home feel, this is the perfect spot! Cute and cozy cabin without the stuffy hotel feel. The surroundings are beautiful and the atmosphere is so peaceful. Gabby was a wonderful host. She provided all the necessary information up front and asked if we had any questions. Anytime I reached out, she responded almost instantly. I would absolutely recommend

The place was amazing! Had all amenities to make our stay comfortable. Loved the hot tub. Really nicely appointed, great attention to detail. Location was terrific as we were able to explore the driftless area. We will be booking again in the future. This one is a hidden gem!

This place is exactly where you want to be, if you want a relaxing and peaceful getaway. It is beautiful inside and out! I think we all agreed we will definitely be returning!
