House holiday rentals in Alki Beach

The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

Amazing stay right in the heart of downtown. So easy to walk to Pike Place Market and conference center. So much to do in Seattle that was easily accessible from this location. Target underneath a huge plus for things we might have forgotten to pack. Taylor was very responsive and available for questions or concerns. Beautiful condo with amazing views. Amenities in the building (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub) were amazing. We were sad to leave, but can’t wait to come back to visit in the future.

Absolutely a great place to stay and perfectly located to everything you would want to have and see. A parking spot is available, but it’s so easy to get to her place from the airport and we would highly recommend using the public transportation and forget the car. Enjoy Seattle on foot. No shortage of interesting things to see on foot. This was a wonderful place to stay with great amenities and safe and secured access to the building. We will be back and this will be our go to place to stay anytime we come to Seattle in the future. A shoutout to Judy for being a great host.

Peaceful, warm atmosphere with lots of space. Love the view out the living room window of the beautiful, green, forest-like backyard. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Lovely house with water views right within a quick drive of many Seattle area attractions. We had a great stay for a May wedding in the area. Allison has put a lot of thought into the house, with fun games, comfortable beds, and clear instructions for everything. Nearby Poulsbo is high on our list of recommendations.

Me and my girlfriend felt right at home! This is a wonderful location and what a great deal for everything they provide for you. The condo was very easy to find and entry was a breeze. I definitely will mark this as a place to stay again in the future. 5stars

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and it all started with the incredible hosts, Debi and Russell. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and truly made us feel like family. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and were always quick to respond to any questions. The home itself exceeded all expectations. The amenities were far beyond what we anticipated. The views—both day and night—were stunning, and the local wildlife was a delightful surprise. We even saw several bald eagles, which was a first for us! The house is incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a huge bonus and the perfect way to unwind after exploring Washington. The modern upgrades and appliances made our stay even more comfortable. There were also plenty of games and toys for kids—though our daughter spent most of her time enjoying the pool. You truly won’t be disappointed.

Excellent location, beautiful views, and private. Exactly as pictured and described on Airbnb (which in my experience, is atypical). The house was well stocked, and especially appreciated the Peet’s coffee! A bonus was getting to see Ian’s nature-art-photography on every wall. Ian could not have been more helpful and responsive. We look forward to staying at this gem again. Thank you, Ian.

We enjoyed this place. It was clean, tastefully decorated and centrally located. I would stay here again. We didn’t really have any needs so we didn’t message our host. It was warmer the week we stayed but having the ability to just open the windows and let a fresh breeze in was actually refreshing. We enjoyed the sand toys provided when we went to the beach. We were able to walk to the beach easily.

Nice, quiet spot not far from Alki Beach. Everything was very clean and tidy. Comfy beds and pillows for good sleeping after exploring the area. Really appreciated the off street parking too.

The unit was incredibly well prepared, thought out, and clean. Yumi communicated very well. There is very close access to Alki beach, within walking distance. Worked out very well for a short trip to Seattle. We would highly recommend!

Cute house, in a nice neighborhood in west Seattle with easy access to the west Seattle bridge. My mom stayed here when visiting me, and she loved it. Would recommend.

This was such a sweet home to stay in! It was so clean and cozy and provided the perfect West Seattle vibe we were looking for. We loved being able to walk to Alki and grab a bite to eat and still be in such a quiet peaceful neighborhood.

Beautiful and cozy and perfect place for vacation

We really enjoyed our short stay. We were in Seattle with another couple visiting family before an Alaskan cruise. The unit is spacious, well maintained, has updated decor, and very comfortable. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean and well equipped. We only used two bedrooms so can’t speak for the third bedroom. The kitchen is nicely appointed and the coffee and tea selection was an unexpected treat. Lots of stairs but that’s pretty standard for the area. The view from the roof deck is beautiful and a great place to sit and enjoy a nice evening. The area is quiet, as well as close to the airport, restaurants and Seattle highlights. We had an issue with the lock when we checked in but the host was very responsive and provided an alternative way to get in. I would definitely stay here again.

We rent d Alexander’s for two night so some girls and I could get away for some relaxation to recharge. It was perfect! Just as pictured, cozy, beautiful and just what we were looking for. It was very well decorated and had everything we needed. Alex sent everything over we need proactively and was quick to answer questions too. I’d definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and equipped with everything we could need. There was plenty of room for our family to gather together and to have a bit of privacy when needed. The location was convenient and quiet, and we enjoyed using the deck and watching the ships go by in the sound. Thao was very proactive and responsive and we'd love to visit again sometime!

We had such a great stay! The place was clean, stylish, and in an amazing location — walking distance to great restaurants and cozy coffee shops. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop hot tub — the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day out. Check-in was smooth and the host was super responsive. We had a fantastic stay—cold, but clear & sunny—a long weekend getaway from Portland. Michelle’s place was beautiful, with picture widows and lovely sunrise/sunset views of the Sound. The house was immaculately clean, and had all of the essentials and more. We cycled into downtown, around Alki, and ate at some yummy places within a .25-5 mile radius. There is always something to do on W Seattle, and Michelle anticipated our questions about cycling, restaurants or other tips. We would definitely return! A nice respite indeed…

This place is amazing. Check in/check out was a breeze. The outdoor area was great to relax in. Hot tub was very well maintained and clean. Easy to operate. The house was very clean and quiet. Nice neighborhood, walkable to public transport, parks, and cafes. Also quick access to highways so getting around as easy. Awesome views of the Space Needle. Also dog friendly. I’m would very much stay here again.

Beautiful home! The entire house is designed around the beautiful views. The beds were comfy with soft sheets and great pillows. The house matches the photos and is super clean. The check out process is SUPER easy and lowkey, we really appreciated that since we had an early flight to catch. It was exactly what our group needed for 2 nights. We had issues with our key code and the hosts resolved within minutes.
