The house is located in the center of Cunda and right on the back street of the Cunda coast. Cunda Island has a location that can be reached in seconds to the food and drink spots on Cunda Island. There are paid parking lots near the house. The ideal number is 4, but can accommodate up to 5 people in any season. Guests who will stay at the house will be provided to enjoy the beach service at a discount at a contracted establishment. Due to the location of the house, it is requested not to make noise after 1:30 am.

Our house is in Küçüköy, which is the Art village of Ayvalık📍 It is close to all the local beauties and beaches of Ayvalik. Our house has two floors. There is a living room, kitchen and a sink on the ground floor. Upstairs, while en-suite rooms are available with 2 bedrooms and a private bathroom in each. There is a table, chair and barbecue set in our garden. There is also an Olympic pool belonging to our site. You can have a pleasant time in the garden of our house and have a barbecue if you wish.

Our house consists of 2 apartments with different entrances in the big garden, this apartment is on the upper floor. We have a large backyard that you can use and we have camellia in the backyard. Our house is heated and suitable for winter stays.
