Karen was amazingly kind. The house was stunning. The kitchen was stocked with every gadget and supplies you could imagine. The backyard was quiet and peaceful. The accessibility to Burbank and LA was perfect. Truly a GEM for our vacation!

We want to say a huge thank you to these unbelievable hosts. Their house is incredible, they were very fast to respond to all inquiries, we desperately needed a crib and they came over to put one together for us. These are really amazing hosts with beautiful home. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for an Airbnb in LA! Thank you again!

The house was perfect for our family of four. We had plenty of space, two full bathrooms and small patio space and a pool. The neighborhood felt safe and my husband and teenager daughter had no issues in their morning runs. The walk to the restaurants and shops was easy and safe. The house is situated not far from I-5 so there is highway background noise but that wasn't a bother for us. The landscaping helped the back yard space feel like an oasis. We had great communication for the Air Concierge team and their house instructions were clear and well written.

First off I want to say the pictures don’t do the back yard any justice. It’s so beautiful and the perfect get away trip without having to break the bank. Definitely worth every penny We loved it and we will be returning again! P.s. Just make sure you bring some bug spray there is a bunch of mosquitos in the back yard, we didn’t have any so don’t be us lol. 🙌

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

We really liked the house. Having a pool was a great option for the kids and adults during the hot days. the pool table was a success and entertained us during our stay. The house is in a central location and is in a nice neighborhood. It was clean and matched it's description.

My friends and I had a great time staying at Gina’s place! We were in town for an event at the rose bowl and it was such a convenient location. The place was clean and had everything we needed. And Gina was very proactive with communication and offering help. Would love to stay again!

Victoria's house is comfortable and well-appointed. The decor is peaceful and throughful, and the kitchen is extremely well provisioned. We enjoyed cooking and lounging on the deck. The neighborhood was great for dog-walking. The use of the garage was much appreciated and necessary if you have two cars. The house guide had clear instructions. Overall, a great visit.

I found the location to be quite and peaceful. After long workdays, it was a welcome feeling to return home to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The area also offers a variety of shops and restaurants. While I did encounter a minor issue, the response and resolution were remarkably swift and efficient. I certainly plan to return.

Michelle’s place was very peaceful and quiet and the host was very nice and communicative also was very responsive when we had questions the place was very spacious and clean and the check in went very smooth even let us check in a little earlier we enjoyed staying here we look forward to coming back and would recommend to anyone who is looking for nice place to stay while visiting

Sherry has a nice house at a good price for staying in the area. The backyard was quite spacious and house had everything you generally needed. Sherry was very responsive and gave very clear good directions that made check-in easy late at night. Would definitely stay here again, thanks!

We had a great time in staying at King's place. The description is really the same as the photos. Easy check in and out. King was very responsive. His place is complete with what you need in a home for a days/week or even a month. Well recommended.

Great little house! Super clean and just as pictured. Walking distance to great ice cream and Target if you forgot anything like I did. The bottled water and snacks provided were so nice. Janet responded very quickly to any questions. This was perfect for our needs and very comfortable for two. I would definitely recommend this place .

It was exactly what we needed. It was exactly how it was advertised with the pictures. It was clean, and had everything we needed. We really liked the area. We’ve never been there, but when it came to choosing where to stay, we wanted somewhere close, but not downtown LA where we were gonna be.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautifully decorated and felt very welcoming. It was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, close to lots of great restaurants, shops, and other local spots. It felt very safe, which we really appreciated. The host was also incredibly responsive and accommodating, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and would love to come back again!

Small and cozy place in a nice neighborhood. Perfect for a quick trip.

William's place was great for 2 of us. We each had our own rooms and shared 1 bathroom. We had plenty of pots/ pans to cook a few meals and the Ranch 99 was minutes away for grocery shopping. William responded quickly when the tub was not draining well and it was fixed immediately. The location is convenient to the cities around the San Gabriel Valley as it is just off I-10.

my girlfriend and I loved our stay here. The space was just absolutely beautiful and perfect for a two person stay we stayed a total of six days and did a lot of shopping and eating at home but never felt like there was any clutter or that the space was too small for all six days. The host were amazing. They were responsive and helpful, giving us late check out and information that was helpful for our six day stay. Very worth the price.

Phuong was very good at communicating, and written instructions were very clear. We appreciated returning to the peace snd quiet of the house at the end of busy days in LA. I especially appreciated Phuong’s willingness to switch to unscented laundry detergent and dryer sheets as I get migraines from fragrances. We have family in LA so we will definitely be back and would love to stay here again!

Stacey’s place is the best one we had during our trip in LA. Easily accessible location with a quiet and safe neighbourhood. All the facilities match the list when we book. Long story makes it short, we will definitely wanna stay here again in our next trip to LA again!

Alan and other hosts are very patient and responsive! Their place is very clean, neat and comfortable. Lots of beds and definitely great for family traveling. The area is nice and safe. Thank you for accommodating our requests. This is so far my best booking ever!
