The house is lovingly designed, you can tell that she lived here herself. Everything is decorated in white, we felt right at home. The location is fantastic, the beach, bars and restaurants are around the corner and also a supermarket is two minutes away. We will be happy to come back sometime. Pearl is always quickly accessible and is always helpful.

We had a great time at Nick's! The accommodation is in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature and beautiful walks easily accessible. Location is a good option to visit Grenada if you are motorized. The accommodation is tastefully decorated and very warm! We quickly felt at ease there. Nick was easy to reach, helpful and very concerned that our stay went smoothly! The villa has absolutely stunning views of the bay. A car is essential especially if you have children with you. The villa is in need of updating/replacing in areas (shower screens, parasols, kettle ) which didn’t detract from our brilliant stay but are small things that would enhance the experience and initial thoughts of the villa given it is in the “luxury” price bracket. The host was very helpful with local recommendations and communication over all

Thanks to a Julie for the most wonderful stay at Casa Freya! She was a great host; really friendly and helpful and quick to respond and easily contactable. We were apprehensive of the drive up given some of the reviews but needn’t have worried. The main road to Competa is a beautiful drive and the short ‘drive’ down to the villa was steep and a little nerve racking the first time but you soon get used to it. And it’s absolutely worth it. This is the best villa we’ve ever had and as for the view - unbeatable! Comfortable, great amenities and facilities and it smelt lovely, diffusers and plug ins throughout were a lovely touch. Every care and thought gone into the villa especially the outside space and outdoor kitchen which is fantastic. Stunning views, especially the sunsets and a great size infinity pool - cannot fault it at all and cannot wait to return. We were blown away ❤️

Great one week stay- loved the apartment and views. We had a car which think would find it difficult without one - only a few mins into town. Would defo recommend.

We spent a week in Nadia's cottage and we liked it very much. It is quiet and the garden is beautiful. A real oasis to rest and recharge. Nadia is very friendly, courteous and very helpful. Highly recommended for people who simply want peace and quiet, without much action and nightlife, but enjoy hiking and exploring the rugged beauty of the Sierra Nevada. It was perfect for us! 10/10 location with a gorgeous 5star view. Near excellent restaurants, bars and shops. Not to mention only a 14 minute drive to the clear water beaches of nerja. This Airbnb will give you all of the above with beautiful views in every room of the house to the interior Spanish touch on the inside lovely would be an understatement. Thank you Jaqueline for being a tentative host as well.

This place is fantastic. We were 3 couples and we all had plenty of room. It’s beautiful and well appointed. The rooftop terrace has the best view of Alhambra. Our host was very attentive and helpful. She sent plenty of information that was very helpful prior to our check in. If you arrive by car you need to park in a lot 1km from the place. She gave us great instructions. From there you need to taxi or walk in. No big deal, but 2 taxis refused to take us in to the narrow street. So they may drop you 100 meters and you just walk in from there. The neighborhood is very picturesque and there is a grocery very close. Easy (but hilly) walk into town. The flat is 4 levels with lots of stairs. This was not a problem for us, (we enjoyed the privacy the different levels provided) but if you have trouble with stairs this is probably not the best choice. All in all I say “yes!!” this is a great place. Plan ahead if you want to visit Alhambra. You need to buy entry tickets well in advance online.

Great house! Tons of space, very clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, the living room was spacious and the backyard was awesome while resting in the sun. The host is definitely hosting a fine house and eager to improve what might need improvement for her guests. Would definitely book again!

If you want a peaceful and refreshing place, this is the place to come. The rustic-style cottage has everything you need to be comfortable. The exteriors are amazing and well maintained. The pool is large and almost private, since the owners leave it entirely to the tenants. Special mention for the cleanliness of the space and linens that smell fresh. Great place to stay! Amazing view! We enjoyed it. If you have a toddler it doesn’t fit for the family of 2 adults and a child because there is not enough place inside. There are not enough cuttlers in the kitchen. There are many insects outside the house.

Really had a wonderful time with Erwin and Melinda! The Casita is a super nice stay with nice indoor and outdoor seating and equipped with every comfort in the kitchen and bathroom. Nice place by the pool and had quick and good contact with Erwin, who also gives all nice tips about the area and restaurants in the village. Highly recommended!

A truly charming stay in a beautiful Andalusian townhome! We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning mountain views. Having quiet parking within walking distance was a huge plus. Be aware there's a bit of uphill walking to the property, which can be a small challenge with luggage, but it's well worth it for the lovely setting.

Roberto was great to deal with and very friendly on our arrival. The house was lovely, very well equipped and was a perfect location as we were visiting friends in the village. The place was very clean and had some lovely features and a spacious terrace that had fantastic views. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again when we visit next.

We spent a great week with our family in Philippe's house. The house is nestled in the beautiful nature with a view of the reservoir and the mountains of the Sierra Nevada, which are still snow-covered in our time. You live there in harmony with nature and can discover a lot. Our kids really enjoyed the garden and especially the pool. We took many beautiful excursions from there to Granada (Alhambra) and also up into the mountains and felt very comfortable.

We had an unforgettable stay at Jane's house. Jane and Philippe were wonderful hosts, who welcomed us, and recommended different restaurants, and even booked two restaurants upon our arrival, including one with a Flamenco show. The village of Salobrena is so picturesque, pretty. Jane's house is tastefully decorated and has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. the best of this rental is the rooftop terrace. we spent a lot of time there. we would highly recommend this place, and will be happy to come back.

We had the perfect holiday from holidays in Spain. The place is private and we felt right at home. we love this place, and the adventurous drive in made it even more memorable.

Beautiful little house with a magnificent roof terrace to rest after exploring in the evening. Modern furnishings, especially the bathroom and very clean. Very quiet area with great views of the castle. In the vicinity, many activities besides sightseeing from Antequera are possible (Malaga, Caminito del Rey, el Torcal, ...) by car. Jaime was a great host who handed over a map of the city at check-in, in which he had previously written down the best tips :)

Frank's house is amazing offer for anyone looking for calm, semi-secluded place. It comfortably hosts 4 people. We spent our time enjoying stunning views from the terrace and relaxing in the pool. Many of Andalusia's top attractions (Ronda, Caminito del Rey, Alhambra) are 1-2 hours drive away. Frank is very helpful and always responds to messages, self check-in was straightforward. 5/5

Whatever I write will come up short of accurately describing our experience. Every single thing was better than expected! The apartment. The location. The hosts. The peacefulness. The hiking. The restaurants. The terrace. The absolute charm of Frigiliana. The ease of traveling to Nerja. It immediately felt like home to us. Magical spot with marvelous hosts! Two things to note. We do not consider these negatives, but important to know. First, if you have mobility or health issues Frigiliana may not be your best choice. Everything is either uphill or downhill. It’s quite a workout! Second, the bed is a full size (double) bed. Very comfortable. Great cotton bedding. Plenty of comforters and pillows. But if you are extra-large people accustomed to a King-sized bed, this will be an adjustment! :-) To sum it up. We’ve stayed in dozens of Airbnb’s. We would put this experience right up at the very top of the list!

This is a beautifully detailed home, feels relaxed and calm, but with so much thought and detail in furnishings and artwork. The beds were comfortable, the showers amazing , outside space delightful. Well equipped kitchen and a welcome basket of provisions which was kind. Moclin is a pretty town, locals friendly and fabulous vistas; great location for Granada.
