Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Alfredo Chaves

We had a perfect weekend at the house. It was my mother's birthday and we chose this paradise to celebrate. How lucky we are! The house makes you not want to leave. Feels like home … We got there and everything was clean, we had welcome gifts, the bathroom towels smelled wonderful :) The house has everything we need, a beautiful view of the sea and contact with nature. Every day the little monkeys in the woods next to the house would come to visit us. The plus is the “private” beach that we had access to, this beach is good to take the kids, we went in the late afternoon the tide was low it was great. We'll be back for sure :)

My friends and I had a great weekend at Daniela and Denise's house. The house is even more wonderful in person than in the photos and had everything we needed. The communication was also very good from start to finish, we definitely recommend it and we already want to go back!

It's the second time spending a weekend in Rina's apartment, a spacious and cozy apartment. The flexibility at check-in made all the difference. The super attentive hosts and the girls at the concierge are a couple of loves. It is a quiet place, perfect for children, and it is close to everything: supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy. And the best thing is that it is enough to cross the street to be on the beach, which is wonderful and great for children. We will definitely return!

We thought the apartment's decoration was very beautiful, it was very cozy. I really liked having bedding and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) available. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessities. I would rent it again!

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
