Colonial house in a condominium in the Alfredo Chaves mountains, with 3 bedrooms, 2 en-suites, a social bathroom with a SPA and 1 outside the house. Gas heating, complete gourmet kitchen. Fireplace, portable barbecue, swimming pool and deck. Two balconies, garden overlooking the valley, covered garage for 2 vehicles and open for another 2. Take all the family and friends to this magical place, by the Benevente River in Matilde, with perfect weather, lots of green and space to have fun. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 suites. Each room has a double bed, 1 of which has a single bed. We also have 1 more double and 1 single mattress. The living room is integrated with the American kitchen. The kitchen and lounge area are integrated by a window. We have a swimming pool and a wonderful river that has a sand bottom, just like a beach.

Mirante do Lago is located in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, 12 km from the center of Marechal Floriano, in a gated community 1h30min from Vitória. Our space has fantastic views of a lake and the mountains, and is very comfortable and well decorated! We have 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites), 4 bathrooms, a barbecue area, a wood-burning stove, a sauna, a beautiful garden and a swimming pool! Surrounded by nature, our house is the ideal place for those looking for the fresh mountain air.

Relax in this unique and tranquil place, amidst the Atlantic Forest, to the sound of running waters. Spectacular view of UBU Beach, just 9 km from Cachoeira de Matilde. The site is accessed via 1 km of dirt road. The road where the house is located is quiet and there are two residents approximately 300 meters away, who have lived there for more than 30 years. The house has a whirlpool bathtub for two people.
