Staying at Iris’s apartment was a dream. The space is beautiful, full of character, great energy and perfectly located — it truly made us feel like we were living in Paris rather than just visiting. Every detail felt considered, from the furnishings to the thoughtful advice that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with innumerable cafés, shops, museums and that irresistible Parisian atmosphere just outside the door. Iris was a gracious and responsive host, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

Marc is very nice and very available we had a lock problem, the problem was fixed during the day the apartment is clean and well located, close to the tram, which takes us directly to Paris

We had a great stay here. The location was super convenient with lots of walkable cafes, bars and restaurants. The only let down was the washer being broken - the housekeeper let us know of this as we checked in. The bar next door was quite loud on weekends but with the windows closed, we couldn’t hear a thing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as the apartment was very clean and as described. Thanks Thomas!

My family and I stayed here for our first time visiting Paris and it was wonderful! The place was so clean and welcoming, bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms were clean, the kitchen looked newly renovated and had every appliance/dish you could need. Despite being out of the Paris city center, the Paris metro/train system is very very easy to navigate and the apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro station. Getting to Paris is only a 10 minute train ride, and the trains feel safe and clean. Ridha was very helpful throughout our stay and responded so quickly to any questions we had about the city. We loved our stay and would definitely choose Ridha’s place again!

We had a great stay. The location was terrific and our two-bedroom apartment was very comfortable for our family of three. All of the staff at the concierge desk were very friendly and helpful. It was also convenient to use the luggage storage on the day that we checked out. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment in Paris. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment is very tastefully decorated. The communication with the landlord was excellent, great tips were sent and questions were answered immediately. We were surprised upon arrival with a personal letter and a small gift. We would rent the apartment again at any time.

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Valérie is very kind, we found a cozy, very pleasant space in her house. Comfortable bed, good shower, kitchen with all the necessary items for a 4-day stay. The place is close to the subway that takes us to the center of Paris in half an hour. The balcony is a plus, where we can have a beautiful view of the sunset, and drink a wine at nightfall. There is a Carrefour downstairs, and restaurants that sell ready-made food. I really liked it. Thank you.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Booked this place for my parents They enjoyed their stay This is their first time visiting France. The host gave a lot of house rules, but the instructions were clear, and she was communicative The environment, according to my parents, was really posh and nice!!! The only thing was that the electricity kept tripping whenever the kettle was on, but the host let us know how to turn it back on. (My parents ended up not using the kettle after a while because the light would always trip) Otherwise, I would recommend it—it's worth the price!! The accommodation has a lift, so accessibility was easy, which was a plus for my parents. There isn't a lot of closet space, but that wasn't an issue for them. Thanks for a good stay!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

The houseboat is superb, the rooms are very comfortable. Perfect for a group of 10. Thank you for the welcome.

We were in Paris for the Le Bourget Air Show, so the location was perfect. If our intention had been to visit the city, obviously the accommodation would have been a bit out of the way. That said, the house is super spacious: it is a three-story villa with a garden and therefore perfect for large groups. There were 7 of us and we were very spacious, certainly without the claustrophobia that other accommodations on this platform convey. There is no air conditioning but all floors except the attic were still very cool (at least in late June). Finally, although we never met him in person, Hamza was very present with messages and always responded quickly to all our questions.

A quality welcome from Ben. Responsive and very accommodating host and very kind with his whole family. It's available anytime. The accommodation was impeccable, very large, well arranged and VERY clean. We were able to enjoy the garden, which is a big plus. I would recommend it 100%. We will come again
