Thank you for the space shared by Dona Ione, all impeccable. We feel very well installed, the location is wonderful and had everything close to restaurants, bars, market, pharmacy and a lot of green area. Quiet, peaceful and with plenty of air circulation. We went to work and we liked it very much, all made available with great affection and care. We will certainly be back!

The apartment is exactly as described, small and practical for a short period. The host is solicitous and responds quickly. The surroundings are quiet and wooded, very pleasant. The neighbor's work only bothered us in the first one, it must be a temporary situation. There are shops around and the ice cream shop/cafeteria on the ground floor is really good. Just be aware that the bakeries/snack bars on the block open later, around 9 a.m. However, walking about 10 minutes there are breakfast options.

the Apartment of the arts is sensational, we stayed in apt 4, I'm sure they are all wonderful. great location, close to the center and at the same time far enough away to have a lot of peace and quiet. everything you can imagine you might need in a house there is, with emphasis on the electric barbecue, wine cellar, Airfryer and coffee maker, as well as a full kitchen with utensils and cleaning supplies. it was an incredible experience to stay at the place, the bed is huge and very comfortable, air conditioning in all rooms, excellent TV, good internet, very private, self check in through a safe we were at ease, without worrying about the arrival time, which in our case was at dawn and when we entered the place we had a very positive surprise, everything was very clean and organized. Lara answers all questions very quickly, she was flexible with the check out, we felt super comfortable, so much so that we didn't feel like leaving, we will definitely be back soon. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Description of the environment as in the photos. It is small, but can accommodate up to 4 people for shorter stays. The resort has a restaurant, bar, convenience store, beauty salon and a nice pier to watch the sunset. I'll be back.

Carlos' house is very cozy and well-equipped, with all the necessary instructions for a quiet stay. The condominium is family friendly, safe and has a 24-hour concierge, which has given us a lot of security. Carlos was very attentive and collaborative, always available to answer our questions. We really enjoyed the pool and loved the location, super close to the city center. We recommend for sure!

Excellent hosting! I stayed for 1 day and had a very positive experience. The place was clean, organized and exactly as in the photos. The location is great, the neighborhood is very quiet. I really enjoyed the stay during these days, the apartment was all organized and clean when we arrived, the condominium was very organized and beautiful. We don't take much advantage of the leisure area, but it's very peaceful. Great host, always responded quickly.

Exceptional apartment, location and host. The only suggestion would be regarding the bathroom that can be accessed from both bedrooms. Perhaps allow entry through only one of the rooms.

And at check-in, the friendliness of Dona Cida, with breads, chocolates, teas, fruits, drinks, cheeses in the house, for coffee every 5 days! I really recommend it.
