Family-friendly holiday rentals in Alcúdia

Maria’s house is the perfect place to stay in Mallorca. The house is secluded & private but a short walking distance to the beach & restaurants/shops. The house itself is beautiful & clean. Would highly recommend! :)

Pinaret is Villa which caters brilliantly for a multi- generational family- we were with six grandchildren with ages ranging from 12 down to one, with their parents and us as grandparents , sharing this beautiful home from home for my 60 th birthday celebrations, all together under one door and plenty of space inside and out to enjoy , was absolutely wonderful. Amenities were walkable with great places to eat and browse and for the children to play. It is ideal. We were very sad to leave today . A unique week. Thank you to the hosts for making their beautiful villa available.

Lovely peaceful location in the countryside. Great to hear all the farm animals during the day and the local wildcat night. Perfect for kids as there is so much to play with and Bibi and Heber are very friendly and accommodating.

This is an outstanding Villa, not only for the amenities and the location, but particularly for the care from the wonderful hosts. Would completely recommend for a superb holiday

We had a wonderful stay at Can Mollet. Joana is lovely and thoughtful, gave us a full tour of the house, and was easy to reach when necessary. She even got our children some beach toys. The house is exactly as pictured, cosy and charming, clean and with comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the beautiful outside space to share dinners, lounge around, swim and enjoy the quiet. Beaches and various nice little villages to visit just a little drive away. We would love to come back some day!

We enjoyed our visit to Ana's place. The place was big, clean and well-organized. Honestly, amenities were more than what we need. Her husband was easy-to-communicate and ready to take care of anything that could go wrong. He also made local suggestions to us. A great house to pick and avoid any potential worries regarding where you will stay during your trip to Mallorca.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This was one of the best airbnb places we have ever stayed in. The host was always available to help us decide things, she was generous with giving special treats when we least expected them. The house is lovely and quiet and the pool clean and refreshing after a day at the beach. Close enough to walk to town and restaurants. The garden was a breath of fresh air for us to lie in the hammock or work on computers outside with a great view across the bay. Excellent location, super host we would love to go back again.

We had a very pleasant stay in this typical Palma de Mallorca house. The listing matches the photos: cozy, cared for, and clean. It is in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing but also comfortable to explore the whole island. The only less positive aspect was the humidity, which in the middle of the stay made the clothes a damp. The check-in and check-out facilitated by the safe with the keys, very comfortable especially for those who, like us, had to leave very early in the morning. The host has always been kind and very responsive.

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

The house was beautiful and quiet. The rooms as well as the bathrooms were very clean and nothing was missing. The kitchen has everything you need. The best part of the whole house was the pool where you can really stay the whole day. We had a great stay!

I couldn’t recommend this villa enough, we had an absolutely brilliant stay as a family. The villa and grounds are beautiful. It’s really well equipped, including for a toddler and the location was ideal for quick access to both Pollença and Alcúdia. Miquel was a brilliant host, great communication before our arrib and he & his family were super helpful during our stay.

we just enjoyed 6 nights, family of 4. had a car so it was the perfect base to explore but supermarket was in walking distance, a nice bar and restaurants also nearby. taxi would be needed to go to the port etc. couldn't fault the house was spotless, very spacious and comfortable. very close to waterpark.

Great house with a very nice view. Rental car is a must. Only slightly negative point was the wifi, since we were on a workation.

We have just arrived home from this most beautiful finca after staying here for a week. We had the most wonderful relaxing time and couldn’t have asked for more. The place itself is idealistic. It is set in beautiful grounds with orchards where you can pick fruit and peace that is just perfect for a relaxing holiday. The pool is also a bonus for family fun and cooling off on those hot summer days. Miquel was a welcoming and friendly host who offered everything we needed during our stay and more. He was incredibly attentive, and nothing was too much trouble, yet he gave us the privacy we needed to enjoy his family home. Miquel also recommended fabulous places to visit and eat. It was very sad to leave this wonderful place but hope to return soon.

Dear Kamila, We loved living in your villa. It was as described and we all (5 adults, one toddler) enjoyed spending our vacation there. As described, a lot was reachable in five minutes. I can only recommend staying with you, which you have quickly and easily created a solution even in case of problems. The broken outdoor shower by the pool and ping pong table were repaired the next day. You could also do some activities by car from there, as some interesting sights/places/ports could be reached in less than an hour. Furthermore, we loved the proximity to the old town of Alcudia with great restaurants and the market taking place twice a week. We personally did not miss the lack of beach proximity, but can recommend visiting individual beaches or coves nearby, as these can also be reached by car in a few minutes.

My family and I had the pleasure of spending a week here, surrounded by beautiful olive trees and overlooking the bay — it was nothing short of perfect. The setting was private and secluded, yet just a short distance from the old town. With a wonderful pool to cool off in and relax beside, it truly offered everything you could want from a stay. I highly recommend visiting, and we will certainly be returning to enjoy more of the Majorca sun. And Marilen was the perfect host along with her brother, so helpful and always available.
