Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Alcobendas

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Carlos was an excellent host and very generous and warm. Upon our arrival, he greeted us with an incredible selection of food and drinks (lactose-free milk, whole milk, soy milk, tea, coffee, jam, butter, toast, fruit, croissants, wine, beer, etc.). Carlos was very helpful and attentive. He gave us many recommendations for Madrid in advance and was also available and caring at all times during our stay. He also provided a Metro card that we could top up and use, which simplified our round trip in Madrid. The apartment was immaculate. Everything was very clean and carefully maintained. Carlos had left small gifts (chocolates, candles, hand cream and face masks) in each room for us. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped (air conditioning in every room). We were a group of 7 people and had plenty of space. We thank Carlos for everything! Stay as you are ❤

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

We are a group of friends, we took a weekend to disconnect and it was a success. The house is very spacious, clean and inviting. The garden and the pool are 10. We felt very comfortable and Ruth was very attentive to making sure everything was perfect. She even prepared the pool earlier than usual so we could enjoy it. A delight. We will definitely repeat.

location 25 min from downtown. super tidy house, good TV, good mattresses. Juan was always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend 👌

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen's place. It was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, plus easily walkable to access public transportation. The space was clean and inviting, and Carmen was very responsive to any questions that we had.

Stayed for 5 nights with my husband and daughter and everyone thought this was the best AirBNB we’ve ever experienced. The place was well stocked with all kinds of supplies and snacks - Carlos and Maria thought of everything. I had a problem with my eye while there and they both helped me to find a local doctor. Carles’ place was in a local neighbourhood that was within walking distance from the train. The transport links were great. There were great restaurants nearby. He also provided a cot for our child. The apartment was very clean and modern. Thanks for a great stay in Madrid.

The house is pretty and comfortable. The wonderful experience of watching the sky from the bed and the rooftop terrace are also nice. I received the best award from Airbnb. The host couple are also very kind and wonderful people.

The apartment is beautiful and is an oasis of tranquility. It is also very functional with a well-equipped kitchen and good air conditioning. I was there during a heat wave and I really appreciated the ceiling fan in the bedroom and the air conditioning in the living room

Nice clean space that is centrally located to a lot of things to do in Madrid! Alejandro was responsive and available for questions which was really nice. We enjoyed having the extra outside space as well.

Nicely furnished apartment, very good stay

Vincente is wonderful! His flat is safe and cozy with tons of space and everything you could need. The patio was so peaceful to enjoy coffee in the morning. The location is walkable to many things including the metro. One of the few flats with AC- yay!

Just what we needed, in my case I went for a week with two babies (two years and 9 months) and it was quite comfortable for them, in addition to leaving us toys with which they entertained themselves a lot. It's a garage that was adapted from a floor/annex but has everything you need, and for this hot season there was air conditioning. The only downside I could see is that there is no ventilation or window, (only one in the main room that is more of a ventilation that leads to a basement). In general, everything is correct ✔️ and has everything you need to have a good stay.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Very good accommodation located 15 minutes walk from the Wizink Center, so it's great if you're going to an event. Four of us fit perfectly because the sofa bed is huge. The apartment is also very nice and I would definitely recommend it! Many thanks to Paola and Ceci for everything.

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

The apartment is even better than the pictures! It is very spacious and had plenty of space for our group of 8 (two families). We enjoyed evenings on the spacious patio listening to the sounds of the city. The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of everything, an amazing base from which to explore the city.
