Casa very organized, safe, extremely clean, spacious, very welcoming, close to the beach, with other leisure options such as pool table, in addition to the excellent pool with whirlpool and waterfall. Super quiet neighborhood. We were greeted by Mahmud and Silvana, excellent people. We stayed in 12 people, no one had anything to complain, only compliments.

Our stay at Dona Maria Isabel's house was very pleasant! We were made to feel very welcome, and the communication was excellent! Dona Maria Isabel is always very attentive! The pool is great, airy rooms, equipped kitchen, everything is brand new. The House is located in a condominium near Guaratiba Beach and about a 10-minute drive from downtown Prado! Me and my family were very happy with the choice of our accommodation!

Laine was extremely receptive and attentive, always available to answer questions and ensure that our stay was perfect. Me and my family simply love the experience! The house is impeccable, super complete, organized and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and cozy trip, we really feel at home. The cleanliness was impeccable, the spaces well planned and the decoration very cosy. In addition, the location is excellent, close to everything we needed, such as markets, pharmacies and sights. We will definitely return and recommend it without hesitation!

The stay was wonderful, D Ivete is an excellent host very considerate and available, she is a sweetheart. The House is excellent, large, spacious and comfortable, accommodated everyone very well and was super clean when we arrived, the pool is clean every day. The house is very close to the beach and within the condominium there is grocery store , restaurants, bakery, distributor and has a church in the condominium next door. All perfect, we loved it!

We arrived on Wednesday and need to check in earlier. The host was very helpful and quickly assisted us. The house is very spacious and clean. Every day the pool man cleaned the pool. Close to everything and had a hiking trail right in front. We had a very good stay and intend to return

It was a wonderful time. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, it has absolutely EVERYTHING anyone needs to feel at home. Rogério was a great host, he helped us with everything! Vera and her Husband are educated, charismatic and communicative people. They welcome their Hospedes and make them comfortable with all the privacy you want. City Council respond quickly to any request and are always available! The place is great, a good bed with an efficient air conditioning. The kitchen also has the utensils you need, but remember to buy the food. O Lugar is clean, the bathroom is wide and well ventilated. Access at first may seem complicated but it is not, just enter the last gas station (No flag) before Prado, there is no mistake! We like it and soon we will return, congratulations on the small paradise you have built! Thank you.

Great location!, Vera was incredibly kind and helpful, always available, very charismatic, service was excellent. Space was very clean, I have nothing to complain about. The noise of the city does not disturb the rooms, and there was a rock event. Close to the beach , to walk quietly for about 7 minutes. It's worth it.

Awesome host. When we arrived, Marcos was waiting for us and he passed all the guidelines regarding the house. The village had cold water , beer and soda, a delicious cake on the table and a wonderful bottle of Limoncello in the freezer. Although the street is not paved, access to the beach is quiet. On this beach there is no infrastructure but just take a nice walk to the next beach that you will find available stalls. If you don't want to walk, you can drive past another location.

O Flat is better in person than in the pictures, very good condominium space.
