Great Airbnb! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid. It is located in the perfect area, everything is walking distance. The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s even nicer in person! Beautiful little apartment that’s very clean and the AC works great. I didn’t have to take any transportation except to the airport. And since it is in the middle of everything, there can be a lot of traffic so I do recommend you request your taxis via app 30 minutes before (it can take up to 10 mins to even get one).

We had a wonderful stay! This is a thoughtfully designed, bright, spotlessly clean apartment, surrounded by leafy trees. The location is perfect - in a great neighborhood, walkable to all of the central destinations (museums, restaurants, etc.) and very close to the Lavapies metro if you want to go further afield. If you are a runner, this is an ideal spot - it is a 7-minute run to El Retiro, a lovely large park with many nice trails for running. Omayra was a very welcoming and responsive host. The street below has several lively cafes and bars so there is some noise at night with the windows open. This was not a problem for us as the noise was just people chatting (not too loud or disruptive) and we live in the middle of the city so we are used to many sounds at night. Highly recommended - a charming apartment in an ideal location with a great host!

L’appartement était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce : tout confort, spacieux, propre, dans un immeuble moderne avec un concierge très professionnel et agréable — un vrai plus ! L’emplacement est idéal, dans un quartier calme et agréable, avec une station de métro toute proche, propre et sécurisée. José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

El departamento es una maravilla. La ubicación es excelente. Es cómodo, luminoso, silencioso, todo funciona perfecto. Nos recibió Helena que fue muy amable en todo momento. Muy recomendable. Sin duda volveríamos.

Ce logement n'est pas dans l'hyper centre mais très proche du métro cuidad linéal sur la ligne 5 ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles . l'avantage également de ce fait est qu'il n'est pas bruyant comme certains appartements de centre-ville. Il est par ailleurs spacieux et bien équipé. Nous l'avons utilisé en tant qu'aficionados pour aller tous les jours voir des corridas et nous étions à Las Vetas en 10 minutes Je le recommande donc

Sergio's apartment was fabulous....we would describe it as a junior studio...the bedroom is not separated by a closed door but far enough away from the living room area to afford privacy...with the doors and windows closed, the apartment was very quiet for sleeping. The double bed was very comfortable...not too firm and not soft!! The neighborhood was lively...great restaurants all up and down the street...great walking area...in fact, we walked all over the city!! We would recommend this apartment to anyone seeking to enjoy what the center city of Madrid has to offer...always felt very safe...even walking home at 2 am! El estudio estaba impecable cuando llegamos. Pablo es muy amable y ofrecía ayuda en todo lo que necesitábamos. Aunque sólo estábamos allí para dormir porque queríamos visitar sitios y aprovechar el tiempo al máximo, se podría trabajar, cocinar, etc perfectamente. La estación de renfe está a unos 15 minutos caminando despacio.

El apartamento es excelente y los aportes de Yiftach y su colaboradora lo hicieron todo mejor y más fácil . El alojamiento brinda todo lo esperado ya que se trata de artefactos nuevos en perfecto funcionamiento . El agua , su presión son excelentes. El equipamiento es completo . La ubicación no puede ser mejor , en pleno centro pero absolutamente silencioso. Permite recorrer los principales puntos de Madrid a pie y la proximidad al Metro complementa lo anterior. Zona bulliciosa , atractiva y a la vez muy segura. . Seguramente volvería al apartamento.

Our stay was wonderful. We were able to see a lot of Madrid just by walking. Public transport was close by when needed. After a long day sight seeing we came back to a comfortable place to eat relax and sleep ready to go again the next morning loved it

Great little apartment in a wonderful area. Lots to do nearby and walkable everywhere, but on a pedestrian street so no traffic. The unit was clean and well supplied. Highly recommend!

Mariola was very friendly and responsive. Everything was exactly as we hoped.

We loved this airbnb! The location is absolutely unbeatable and the host was super responsive. We appreciated that despite being right on Plaza Mayor if the balcony doors were closed it was super quiet.

Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato in appartamento una signora che faceva le pulizie in appartamento troppo carina e gentile. Ha pulito tutto l’appartamento da cima a fondo tutto profumava. Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene con l’host, è stato chiaro in tutto ed era veramente molto attivo nel gestire il tutto. La consiglierei veramente a tutti! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Le logement de Cristina est très bien placé, à quelques minutes de la gare d’Atocha et quelques pas du métro. Il est très propre et super bien décoré. On entendait à peine les voisins mitoyens, les gros travaux de construction en bas de l’appartement commencent vers 7:00 du matin, cela ne m’a pas beaucoup dérangé car je devais me lever tôt pour prendre mon avion. J’y retournerai sans hésitation!

El piso es tal cual las fotos. Todo muy limpio y muy bien. Gran detalle de Carmen para recibirnos. Muy buen situado. Todo genial! Gracias!!

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

Le lieu est calme. Le logement est très bien équipé avec des petits plus (eau petillante, eau plate. café, thé, infusion, chocolat et bonbons...) en plus d'un logement très propre, spacieux un lit bien fait et très confortable comme les oreillers. Des serviettes qui sentent bon la lessive. Bref un accueil sans faute avec un suivi de l'hôte qui s'assure que tout aille bien dès l'arrivée. C'est très appréciable, bous recommandons chaleureusement.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would!! - Our hosts were responsive, thoughtful, kind and considerate with every touch point in the suite. So many GREAT recommendations too! - This Airbnb is one of the cutest I have had the pleasure to stay at - not just the adorable design elements, but the efficient layout, well appointed amenities and the general positive energy in the neighbourhood all contributed to a fabulous stay - The location cannot be more central - literally mere steps away from the hustle and bustle of Gran Via and beyond, but still tucked away enough that it's ALWAYS quiet and peaceful - No matter how hot it got outside (and it was HOT during our visit), the space somehow magically remained cool & comfortable! Even though it's fully equipped with AC in the living room and AC and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, at no point did we feel the need to turn them on. It's like a miracle! - Soooo many restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc in the immediate proximity GRACIAS!

Mónica es encantadora y súper atenta. Nos ha recibido con los brazos abiertos, al piso no le faltaba detalle y estaba en unas condiciones inmejorables. Y no solo ella, el pueblito es precioso y los vecinos muy amables. No conocíamos este lugar, pero estamos planteándonos el volver en cualquier momento y más aun, con la atención que recibes por parte de Mónica, que nos ha ayudado con todo lo que hemos necesitado hasta después del último momento. Un placer haberte conocido Mónica, ¡muchas gracias por todo de parte de las tres y un abrazo!

Piso amplio y cómodo para los cinco adultos que éramos. Zona tranquila con supermercado, bares y demás servicios en el barrio. Buena comunicación con Zaragoza (centro) en coche. José Manuel y Rosa (anfitriones) muy amables y educados, nos facilitaron indicaciones tanto para llegar a un destino como para tomar algo por la zona. Todo genial

Tanto el lugar como el trato ha sido maravilloso, repetiremos sin duda.
