Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Alcalá del Júcar

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The location in Valencia was unbeatable and very walkable to most of the sites, especially in Old Town. It was great having our own parking and we felt very safe and secure in the apartment. The place was very clean and had some modern features, like automatic blinds for the windows. The host was friendly and responsive and met us upon arrival. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great location and a great stay. Hosts were responsive via the app and text. Clean and exactly as described. Of note - there were many flights of steep narrow stairs. While this was not an issue for us, it may be helpful information for another guest!

Pleasant stay, very well located apartment with direct access to the airport metro, near the bed of the turia river for cycling and very clean. Baby cot, children's toys and bikes are very convenient( even the baby helmet is provided but we had taken ours) . Large supermarket next door . Fluid and quick communication with owner . We did not use tv, air conditioning/heating so no opinion on the latter. Only one window but not a bother as we were often outside to visit/ enjoy the city!

The apartment and the view from the balcony are great. Supermarket is just around the corner, and there is an elevator. The apartment was equipped with everything that was needed. Always happy to come back!

Roberto's place is one of the best I've ever stayed at. The location is excellent, everything in the downtown is within walking distance, restaurants, breakfast, shop next door. Spotlessly clean, huge space, equipped kitchen, everything looks brand new. The cooling is quiet and even, the bed is comfortable, the apartment can be darkened. Access is easy, they even help with luggage storage if you need it. Roberto and his team's communication and attention to detail was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and found Valencia to be a fantastic city to spend time in. Personally i give this place my total recommendation and we had a great time.

The three of us spent 5 wonderful days in Valencia. Even before the day of arrival, Gabriella contacted us and offered to order a taxi for us, as we arrived very late in the evening. The check-in was then also no problem (door was opened by her via mobile phone). Unfortunately, we did not meet in person - but we received sufficient written information from Gabriella and she was also available at all times and asked if we needed help. We can definitely recommend the apartment - very nicely furnished (as shown in the pictures) and everything very clean, at night it was also quiet. You just have to be aware that it takes about 25 - 30 minutes on foot to the old town.

A perfect place to disconnect with family or as a couple. The villa is in perfect condition, all the rooms have air conditioning, good terrain to take the dog, and the hosts are charming. We'll be back if we can in the summer to enjoy the pool. 10 out of 10

Apartment as in the photos, all new and clean, the kitchen/dining table are small but we ate 4 without problems. The neighborhood is quiet with several grocery stores nearby. Very convenient for bus and metro. Pilar gave us clear directions and was available.

We stayed in this apartment with a group of 8 friends and we had a great time. The house is very beautiful, with attention to detail and very clean, perfect for a stay in company. Although we did not meet the owner in person, she was always available and punctual in answering our questions, which we greatly appreciated. The location is a bit out of the center, but easily accessible: about 15 minutes by taxi or 40 minutes by public transport.

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

I stayed in the apartment for a little over 3 weeks in Chulilla. Conveniently located, had all the amentities I needed. Roberto was a helpful host.

Incredible stay about 30 mins drive from Valencia town / airport - a real gem of a find on Airbnb. We had 2 couples and 2 infants, and the property was ideal. Very spacious, extremely well equipped, beautiful pool and hot tub on the balcony. It was immaculately clean, especially given the size. The place was full of unexpected extras that really added to the trip, such as a games, archery set, balls, a large speaker for outside, brilliant bbq area, treehouse and a wendy house for the kids. Even though the pictures are great, they can’t do this place justice. Equally, it doesn’t show how great the host was. We arrived late on Saturday evening and we were treated to a lots of complimentary food and drink to welcome us - a wonderful touch. I would highly recommend this stay for any one looking for somewhere brilliant conveniently situated from valencia. It’s also only 20 mins from a beach, large supermaket and the incredible Mirador El Gabri viewpoint.

The town couldn't be more beautiful and the accommodation is the same. The only downside I would mention is that it is located in the town square and there is a lot of noise even with the windows closed.

Spacious, quiet, clean apartment with everything you need and close to the historic center. Lots of great local food options in the neighborhood. Apartment is very quiet and I slept great. We were very happy with everything and Hernan is a great , responsive, friendly host.

An amazing apartment that is in a perfect location right by the Central Market and the rest of the old town of Valencia. Konstantin was great and allowed a slightly earlier check in. The apartment had everything you needed for both a short or long term stay. Can't rate it highly enough! Only issue was some noise outside at night but that's to be expected with such a central location.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at lemon tree villa. Beautiful grounds and pool. Close to the village of Monserrat. Amazing host. Would 100% recommend and we will definitely return.

We spent a weekend at Ana and Daniel's apartment and felt at home. The apartment is beautiful, with comfortable and beautiful furniture, impeccable cleanliness and very spacious. The arrival was very easy and the garage is very much appreciated. Also, thank you for the flexibility you gave us to leave. Thank you very much and we will repeat.
