Beach house holiday rentals in Albufeira

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Eva's place. It's at the top of a hill with a beautiful view, in a very quiet part of Lagos, but within extremely short walk of bustling nightlife and lovely beaches. There's a private and comfortable private patio area with high walls that's perfect for a glass of wine and some charcuterie after a day at the beach. I would highly recommend staying here! Eva is also very proactive with giving instructions for check in and check out, but did not make any unreasonable or lengthy cleaning requests at check out, as some other hosts do.

Asa’s home is a great spot for a family vacation, it is very comfortable, located in a peaceful complex with a beautiful pool and in close proximity (walking distance) to a beautiful beach. The children enjoyed the home so much as it also had a small playground next door to the house. There were two other areas also within a walking distance with restaurants and other beaches. All in all greatly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful visit. 🤍

We had an amazing stay at Hugo’s place - definitely one of the best spots in Arrifana! The location is unbeatable.. right on the beach with stunning ocean views and the peaceful sound of waves all day long. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The apartment was super clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Simple but cozy, with all the essentials. Hugo was an exceptional host- very friendly, responsive, and always available if we needed anything. Great communication throughout our stay. The area is perfect for surfing with plenty of rental shops nearby, plus great restaurants within walking distance. Aljezur is only about 15 minutes away if you need supermarkets or extra supplies. Would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful, peaceful and quiet two-story apartment 1 minute away from Old Town and 15 minute walk away from the closest beach and marina for tourist activities, 10 minutes to bus- perfect location! They even had beach towels and an umbrellas to take to the beach. The second floor deck was spacious and quiet.

When searching Airbnb for a place to stay in Portugal, Pedro’s property stood out. From our initial enquiry to the day we left Portugal after our 14 night holiday, Pedro was fantastic, always in contact with helpful information or to answer any questions we had. Our stay in Portugal was made more memorable because Pedro was our host and we highly recommend him and his apartment

We had such a great stay! Amazing location and so much to do around the town. The apartment was well equipped, nicely decorated and very comfortable. FYI it seemed that you are able to see through the skinny windows next to the front door from the street since the apartment is on the level of the street. We did not seem to have any issues though and it is super easy for guests to be able to access the apartment! I don’t think we really could have asked for a better apartment to stay in Lagos! Host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions and gave so many good recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try!

It’s our second visit here and we loved it as much as we did the first time, especially how’s there’s air conditioning! It’s a home from home with everything we needed. Sarah is helpful, friendly and responsive. See you next year

Het was een super verblijf. Sónia verwelkomde ons persoonlijk en gaf duidelijke instructies. Hele lieve host die snel reageerde en leuke tips had qua activiteiten in de omgeving. Appartement was ruim genoeg voor twee personen, ontbrak aan niets, was erg schoon en had een top locatie. Dichtbij de stad en op loopafstand van verschillende mooie strandjes. Ik zou iedereen die naar Lagos gaat dit appartement aanraden.

Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables dans la villa de caractère de Paula. On s'y sent "comme à la maison", tellement elle est parfaitement bien équipée et décorée. Dans un environnement calme, pourtant près de tous les plus beaux points d'intérêts et commerces, cette maison, avec sa magnifique piscine, patio et coins de détente, est un vrai havre de paix, après une journée de visites et d'activités. Paula et David sont des hôtes accueillants et réactifs, et même si nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu, ils ont fait tout leur possible pour que nous puissions entrer dans la maison. Personnellement, la plus belle de mes expériences avec Airbnb.

We spent a lovely stay at this villa. Very well maintained, very clean and comfortable - located in a very nice pine tree private condominium with other villas near by. It can accommodate 10/12 people with plenty of space. Kitchen has been renovated this past winter, and most of the kitchen appliances are new. It has AC in all areas which is perfect for summer and winter months. The garden is very nice and the swimming pool with plenty of sun! Hosts are amazing and did everything they could to meet our needs. They also supported us with suggestions and requests prior our stay! We cannot ask for more, and we will come back definitely next year.

Tila and family were super helpful from the moment we booked . Communication and support were excellent . The facilities were of a really good standard and the beautiful Moroccan decoration of the villa was outstanding . It worked perfectly for a family holiday with three generations

We really loved the villa however we did feel that our freedom was limited slightly with the decibel meter in the living space which meant that we were actually too worried to even put a film on at the end of the day in case our stay was forfeited due to high noise levels, which was extremely clear was the case at check in, and on signs within the living space. The decibel meter is set to 55 which is that of a very quiet conversation and this did put us on edge each evening, which ideally we would not like during a relaxing holiday.

Amazing place to stay! Such a beautiful villa, easy to get around with lots to do. On a nice quiet street but easy to get to the hustle and bustle also.

Our Stay at EWA'S was amazing and all the people were so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. I would highly reccomend this property and we will certainly be coming back. Thank you so much.

We travel with our family every three years. This year was Portugal. We spent one week in the Algarve at Steve’s home. The home was perfect for eight adults, four children and two infants. The house had a great layout for a big family. The pool was wonderful so relaxing every afternoon to come back and swim. Steve and Nathalie were great house. Great recommendations for food and activities, including car rental rentals. If we come back to Portugal, we would stay here again thank you for a fantastic holiday home.

Fantastic place. Nice and clean. Easy access, close to the Marina and not far at all from Old/New Towns. We didn’t need to contact host during our stay as everything was in place. Nice sized living room and great patio.

We had a great week at Philippe’s place. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great spot to explore Olhão. The roof terrace gets the sun from Midday and was a lovely place to enjoy a meal and a drink in the evening. Philippe was nothing but helpful and we’d stay again if ever back in town!

We enjoyed our stay. The air conditioning was nice, the upper terrance was a great bonus to enjoy wine on before we went out for the night. The host is responsive in a fast timely manner. He made great recommendations for food. I loved how he met us and showed us around the place. The stairs are steep but it’s like that everywhere around the city. Easy walk to restaurants and bars and we felt safe the entire time.

This apartment is in the middle of it all. You can get to all restaurants and shops easily. Just a stone throw from the beach. Easy to walk, a little harder for cars to get in and out the street. David was friendly and responsive. The space was exactly as described.

Had the best time staying here with three friends for a week. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the old town and just a couple minutes' walk to the beach. Everything we needed was super close: loads of great restaurants, bars, and little shops all around. Boukeline was really nice and helpful the whole time. Super easy to reach and made sure we had everything we needed. It made the whole trip feel even more relaxed. Would definitely come back!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Isabelle and Philipp's place! Everything was perfect - check in was easy, the home was clean and stocked with everything we needed, the views are stunning, and the location was perfect (about a 10 minute walk to town and the beach). We had a few questions about the pool lights and Isabelle always responded within minutes. Isabelle also shared several recommendations for nearby beaches, restaurants, and excursions and every single recommendation was perfect. Highly recommend staying here!!

Lagos was a beautiful place and this Airbnb made exploring it easy. The location is ideal and the street is quiet. The apartment looks like the photos and was well decorated but without clutter, and comfortable. It was very clean which is so important to me. Hosts were extremely responsive and kind from start to finish. Easy checkin with lockbox. Would recommend to others.

Very good instructions and nice acommodations. Comfortable bed. VERY close to the water which was beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved having the umbrella for the beach on site and a safe for small items. The A/C kept us cool and we always felt safe.
