It has 2 bedrooms with one double bed each, fully equipped living/dining kitchen with fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, stove and oven, as well as a cozy couch corner with smart/satellite TV and a spacious south balcony. When booking for 1 or 2 people, 1 bedroom is available. The 2nd room can be used for a one-time cleaning fee of EUR 35.

I offer you a sleeping place (or two) in my small office (8 sqm) with mini kitchen and private bathroom. There are very good soundproof windows against the street noise. The excavation lake with sauna is 200 m away, the tram and many bus lines stop in front of the door. Nearest supermarket 200m away. By bike (you can rent from me for €5 per day) you are in the city or at the Neue Messe in 20 minutes.
