Waterfront holiday rentals in Alberta

the Flat was perfect, exactly what we needed. ideal location for getting to Golden and more importantly, the activities we wanted to do near Golden i.e. the Golden Skybridge and Glacier (white water) Rafting being a short 15 min drive away. There is plenty of wildlife to watch from the balcony outside and pretty awesome sight to see the trains pass by so close. Train is a bit noisy but with windows shut we had no problem sleeping.

We had a wonderful few days in Cold Lake. l can say that our accommodation was definitely the highlight of the trip! We were moved to the larger unit with the garden walkout deck and private barbecue without any request from us. The rooms were exceptionally clean and we had everything we needed and more to make our stay feel like our own home. The roof and mobile fans made the hot summer weather tolerable and comfortable. We travelled with a small utility trailer that carried our electric bikes, and there was more than enough space made available for us to safely park it. We experienced no noise or disturbance at all during our stay, even with the roadworks that were close by. We were even offered the use of a garage to store anything we want. There were more than enough space outside the unit in and around the garden to give our smaller kids space to safely move around and stretch their legs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet safe place in Cold Lake. Many thx!

The address and google maps was a little off, I did a few laps of the block across the street. My confirmation gave one address but the address in front of the building was different. It would be more clear if the name of the building was given. Manager was excellent, attentive but not invasive. There were chocolates upon arrival, some delicious homemade cookies, choc dipped pretzels & fruit, and easter egg hunt for my younger child and even some delicious homemade cabbage rolls. Having laundry on site was a blessing. Place is exactly as pictured. Having a full sized kitchen to cook meals in for a family was great for a longer stay. Would definitely stay again!

Chloe and Jason are very proactive and responsive. Instructions were clear, the unit was very new and clean. And finally, the surrounding is absolutely the best. I recommend their place in Calgary.

I had a great time at the zola zoo inn! The owners are amazing people who have beautifully curated the place that is answers to your every need. I went there with friends and family and we had the best time ever! Lots to do and perfectly built to relax and reload. Come here to take a break and leave with a lot of memories!! I cannot recommend this place enough!

This is a beautiful place in a beautiful setting. We found it very quiet and peaceful. Myra the host took care of all our needs. She was always quick to respond, as she lives right upstairs. The kitchen was perfect for the two of us with only a hot plate and a toaster oven. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This cabin is so peaceful and private, you would never know that it is in a town with neighbours. The view of the lake from both inside the cabin and out on the patio can’t be beat, especially at sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have just returned from a great vacation at Amy's walkout basement apartment. Amy is a very responsive and friendly host, and returned our texts almost immediately. Check-in was easy, and the apartment was spotless. Situated in a quiet and peaceful place, with a beautiful view over the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed and a super comfortable bed. I can say with confidence, this is the greatest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. First and foremost, the home itself is incredibly unique, and stunningly beautiful. You have spectacular views from every room, you have a Santa Fe inspired design that works effortlessly. This is a place where you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. It’s warm, bright, comfortable, and as the youth say, insta-worthy. The house has every possible amenity you could want or need, and then some. My biggest regret? Not booking more than 7 nights. It was the wonderful vacation place for my wife, two young daughters and I. We will absolutely be back and cannot wait to return! Thank you again for the best family vacation!

My group of friends and I had a wonderful stay at the cabin! The main house is very spacious, and cozy, with tons of activities to do. We loved using the pool table, yard, and sauna room. The hot tub was extremely clean. Olaf, the groundskeeper, was very welcoming and eager to help in any way we needed. We had a lot of couples with our group and so we pushed the twin beds together in some of the rooms which worked just fine! We will definitely come back to this Airbnb over and over again. It’s a perfect place to make memories together !! It’s my favourite Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed at !

Everything was perfect so spacious and beautiful. House has everything you need and more. Hot tub was amazing. Would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommend.

Wonderful and fully equipped new home beside Sylvan lake with direct water access. Kitchen was well equiped with all modern applicances. Becky and Julie were very responsive. Had great suppers on deck overlooking the water. Super rental for family holiday.

Artem was a great host and communicated well. He quickly responded to any questions I had and ensured I had everything needed during my stay. Home was conveniently located, tidy and well-equipped.

Excellent peaceful and quiet location, steps away from the river walks and parks. Balcony is in an alcove protecting from any winds. A/C worked very efficiently and quietly. Paul was accommodating to our request for adjusted stay which was highly appreciated. Highly recommended.

This place exceeded my expectations and surprised me, especially the TV screen, the comfort, and the location. I would highly recommend it.

4 of us stayed for a girls weekend trip. James was alway quick to respond. Place was perfect and as described, location is great and walkable to so much. The patio with the view of the lake was the best 😊.

We truly struck gold with this apartment. Its prime location and spacious layout for our group of four provided the perfect place for creating memories, complemented by a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The location and the condition of the accommodation were all good. I was able to start my trip to Calgary in a good mood.

Our stay was great. Zee was very responsive and accommodating, place was spotless and bed was comfortable. During the night neighbours and surroundings were pretty quiet as well. Will be back most definitely!
