It is a large house well prepared to receive large groups. It has a good orientation ideal for getting the heat well. The details have been taken care of and it is a very nice and homey place. The hosts are very attentive to all the demands. It is very close to the city and at the same time in the countryside. The only one but is the access, which despite the explanations and details we didn't quite understand well until we were already there. As you do not expect access to be like this it is easy not to find the entrance to the first, but you arrive 👍

We had the most amazing stay at Maria and Marta's home. The views were spectacular and it was such a relaxing environment. We loved how much there was to do close by as well. The home had everything that we needed. the outdoor kitchen was a particular highlight, especially this area with the carbonero (it's name is great tit in the UK), nesting inside the trunk of Carob tree, which was an extra treat to witness. Maria and Marta were very helpful and accommodating. The perfect stay in a beautiful location!

The house was very cuca, the typical town house, very well conditioned, clean and comfortable in the beds and pillows that that is not always achieved. The area is beautiful, you have a river just down a hill and very close to the pool. It is an area with special charm, people are very close to everything very familiar. You have several route areas at most 15min from us. So it's a good place for those of us who want everything easy. And you breathe another air out of a city. Even the stars at night can be seen. So we'll repeat without thinking.

Enchanted with the stay. It is just as described in the listing. They have a German shepherd who is a monkey, the kids had a great time playing with him. Ivan who is the maintenance guy, he's very helpful. The owners of the property very nice tod@s

Lovely place for a quiet stay!

We had a great time with the family. The best thing is the garden, very large and well cared for. The house is equipped with everything you need and the service was very good at all times.

José Vicente was kind and always attentive to respond promptly. The house is very cozy and we were surprised how cool it stays. Everything is clean and with what is necessary to facilitate the stay alone or as a family.

Lovely location, good amenities and very spacious. Pleasant surprise with the accommodation looking better than the photos. I would suggest updating the photos! Host is very communicative and responsive.

The house is new, very well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The small enclosed yard is really nice. The location is very quiet and peaceful, and it’s only a 15-minute walk to the supermarket and cafes, which is really convenient. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at Ruben’s place in Cuenca. Near the historic center, we had access to restaurants as well as the sights. The apartment was sparkling clean and had modern conveniences. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit Cuenca!

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and very well appointed! Ivan's place exceeded my expectations - don't let the rustic exterior fool you into thinking this is an older house - inside is a completely modern home that combines the charming rustic aesthetics with all the amenities you could want. Fully equipped kitchen with several ways to make coffee, induction cooking, and a great BBQ outside, a clothes washer, and a great bathroom with perfect water pressure, yummy towels and linens and super comfortable beds - topped by a series of thoughtful hospitality touches that other places often lack. The owners were also super nice and even helped us out with some soap for the washer so we could do some laundry. Everything was clean and neat and very well care for. We loved our stay! Thank you!

A village house in the middle of Xelva to enjoy with friends :) very well-kept

Cottage on the outskirts of Bronchales, the whole area is surrounded by mountains, forests , fountains, hiking trails and areas to get lost. It is not a massive area, rather the opposite. The house has all the amenities and fully equipped. Also heating that makes the house a warm place (the area is quite cold). The only glue, maybe the living room, stays somewhat short if you match a lot of people, now all the outside area of the house, both the porch or next to the BBQ, it's great and you can be a lot of people. The 5 rooms and the 3 bathrooms, great. The attention and the interaction with the owner, exquisite. Very recommended place.

The house had everything including gel, shampoo, oil, salt, various capsules for the coffee machine. They left us water in the fridge and an assortment of muffins, croissants and biscuits, a touch. It was very clean, in a quiet area, Fernando was always available, he told us several routes, even a link passed us so that we had information. We'll be back for a longer stay.

MAntonia's place ia well curates and decorated. Feels very hoy. Surroundings, if you like nature, are just perfect. Host was very responsive and helpful. A great stay!

Loved the unit, very quaint, old-timey but at the same time the hot water was plentiful and immediate, the beds were comfortable with good bedding, the heat worked very well and the unit felt very secure.
