Holiday rentals with a patio in Albano Laziale

Flott sted, som virket nytt, stort kjøkken, stort soverom og deilig bad, samt en god spiseplass pluss sofagruppe. Metro rett i nærheten, og spisesteder rundt leiligheten. Det eneste lille var at aircondition fungerte noe svakt, men det kan ha vært meg som ikke fikk stilt inn den riktig? Fine uteplasser, og området rundt var rolig og autentisk!

Armando est un hôte accueillant et attentif à ses voyageurs. Le logement est idéalement situé lorsqu'on séjourne en voiture, parking de la résidence accessible, gratuit et proche d'une station de métro et bus. Bonne literie, café/thé/huile/épices à disposition. Petit bémol, petite salle de bain accès douche et WC étroits mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un agréable séjour. Merci Armando & Gloria

Per noi ....Perfetto !!! La comunicazione in anticipo é stata molto semplice e alla stessa maniera simpatica, d'aiuto, informativa e puntuale. Nonostante siamo arrivati a tardissima sera (dopo la mezzanotte) siamo stati accolti di persona, come se fossimo a casa nostra. Galattico! Anche avendo visto le foto a priori, siamo stati stupiti della grandezza dell'appartamento e delle possibilità offerte. (non ci é mancato niente) Semplice e funzionale. Abbiamo prenotato per tre persone ma c'é posto per cinque! (e comodissimi) Comunicazione sul luogo, insuperabile!!! Gianluca é gentilissimo, simpatico, presente se serve qualcosa, come invisibile se si vuole stare tranquilli. Perfetto. La locazione é in periferia di Roma (30 minuti) ma c'é a 100 metri il Bus che ti porta in tutte la direzioni. Anche avendo la Macchina (parcheggio davanti alla porta) abbiamo usato Bus, Metro, Tram .....che a Roma conviene. Sicuramente quando ritorno a Roma contatto Gianluca. Per noi PERFETTO !!!

This place is more beautiful than the pictures the pool is amazing. Sabrina was like a mom I never had. So kind and caring always was there to help us find our way or with car rentals. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend this place.

Our 1-night stay at Sara's place was great and ideal for an early morning flight from the airport. The apt was very clean and communication was great. Sara even ordered a local taxi for us and sent restaurants recommendations.

El apartamento de Alessia es más hermoso de lo que se ve en las fotos. El edificio es nuevo y tiene un ascensor grande. Las camas son cómodas, tiene un balcón gigante y es un lugar silencioso al lado de la playa. Alessia es una gran anfitriona y nos ayudó con preguntas referentes al lugar. Sin duda un apartamento recomendable.

L'appartamento che offre Andrea è accogliente, rilassante e in una zona molto tranquilla e sicura. Andrea è molto accogliente, permette di usare camino e barbeque ed è sempre a disposizione per chiarimenti e consigli. Bellissima esperienza.

The location, views and town of Norma is beautiful. The accommodation was spotless on arrival with a warm welcome. It’s a shame there are some works on the road out front and no views from The apartment it’s self, but in time they will be gone, the new laid road will be beautiful and views aren’t too far of a walk away. Staff at the bar below were lovely and friendly. They recommended a lovely restaurant round the corner.

Wir hatten sehr schöne drei Tage in Rom. Giorgia ist super sympathisch, antwortet schnell und hilft direkt, wenn es Probleme gibt. Ihre Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und liegt optimal, sodass man ganz einfach mit Bus und Bahn ins Zentrum von Rom kommt. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und geben unsere besten Empfehlungen!

Very clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There’s a courtyard where you can relax after an active day in the center of Rome, just what you need. The atmosphere is calm, like being at home in a countryside house. They helped us with the airport transfer, Maria met us and drove us to the house. The owner also provided helpful advice on the best way to get to Rome, which was very much appreciated. I recommend these apartments for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway outside of Rome.

Absolutely loved our stay in Rome. The accommodations were fantastic, what a great location! The apartment felt like a home away from home with easy access to so many incredible sights. We enjoyed the ample space, comfortable bed, charming spiral staircase, and quiet courtyard.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Stefano was very responsive and friendly. The place was very clean and welcoming. We felt right at home and wished we had booked for longer! Very close to the beach and Stefano had thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Many thanks 🙏🏻

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

F ederica nous à renseignés sans problème sur les questions posées notamment sur le trajet aéroport appartement. Appartement très spacieux et un patio très agréable. la literie super on a très bien dormi. appartement très bien situé 3 mn à pied de la station de métro très pratique. proche de commerces et restaurants notamment une pizzeria sympa en bas de l'appartement. On a adoré Rome et on y retournera. hôte de confiance.
