Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Albania

We had an amazing stay at Krista’s place! We were a family of 8, some in their 60s and 70s and rest of us in our 30s, and the house was perfect for our party. It was close to the promenade, many nice restaurants and bars close by, the house itself was private and far enough from the street that there was no noticeable noise. The private access to the pool and beach made the stay unforgettable, we will all be reminiscing on our stay there for a long time!

Villa Rosa var en aldeles nydelig plass! Lett å finne når vi fulgte instruksjonen. Nydelig utsikt fra terassen og deilige, luftige rom. Til og med fikk vi smake litt lokal Raki som sto klar til oss. Utmerket beliggenhet i forhold til både slottet og landsbyen. Tusen takk for oss! Dette var vårt første møte med Albania og vi er allerede blitt forelsket i landet ! 😊

Tolle Unterkunft! Der Kontakt und die Anreise waren unkompliziert, sehr zu empfehlen:)

Wir haben 1 Woche zu 3t in der tollen Unterkunft übernachtet bevor es weiter für uns in den Süden ging. Wir kamen spät am Abend mit dem Mietwagen an. Im Kühlschrank gab es für uns Butter, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade und auch Brot. Die Kommunikation mit Fridolin war sehr gut. Er antwortete immer sehr schnell und hatte viele gute Empfehlungen für uns. Der Außenbereich ist wirklich traumhaft und unser Sohn wollte den Pool gar nicht mehr verlassen. Im Haus gab es in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage was sehr angenehm war. Der Balkon ist traumhaft. An den Schlafzimmerfenstern gibt es Jalousien. Es wird jedoch schnell sehr hell. Wenn man es aber nicht ganz dunkel braucht ist das kein Problem. Wir haben unsere Zeit absolut genossen und würden immer wieder kommen.

Devi has been a really nice guy and introduced us to the apartment and the city very well ! His father, who’s also living in the house was also very kind, helped us with parking the car and showed us around the house. The apartment is really clean, the furniture is new and the bathroom is excellent ! You need about 10 minutes to walk to the Oldtown - and it doesn’t feels like 10 minutes cause you have a lot to see. 100% recommended !

This was a lovely little apartment. Clean, spacious and has all the amenities you need. The outdoor space is gorgeous, with fairy lights and very comfortable seating. The area feels very safe and is a 5 minute walk to the beach with loads of cool beach bars. Rovena was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions and always responded very promptly. 100% recommend!

Lili & Myzi are truly wonderful hosts, who made us feel so welcome from the very beginning. Their check in and check out instructions, including guidance on parking, were clear and easy to follow. Their place was absolutely spotless, with water, tea and fruit for us to enjoy on our short stay through to Theth / Valböne. Lili & Myzi were always responsive with communication, providing us with an excellent recommendation for dinner and assistance with any questions we had about our first visit to Albania. It is evident how much pride Lili & Myzi take in providing a good experience for their guests. Would highly recommend this stay!

Anxhela was a great host and her place was amazing for a stay. The pictures reflect the villa very well, which was clean and tidy on arrival. Check in was easy, with Anxhela keeping in contact throughout the stay. The access to the sea is a highlight of this property, also the garden area outside was great. The pool was clean and we used it a lot. Location was brilliant, maybe a 10 minute walk away from the main street in Sarande. Would definitely recommend this villa and the host. A great stay.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft in einer sehr zentralen Lage. Komme gerne wieder!

The Adam and Eve apartment was perfectly placed right next to the ferry terminal and only a 60 second walk from it. The apartment is right on the sea front with the beach only 30seconds walk away. Fantastic restaurants and bars all within minutes walk and a lovely friendly atmosphere everywhere we went. Absolute perfect location for short or long trips, very clean and spacious and highly recommended.

Sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung. Das Apartment befindet sich direkt am Strand, wo es super viele Möglichkeiten zum Liegen gibt. Kevin war super nett, zuvorkommend und bei Fragen sehr schnell zu erreichen.

We loved our stay here. The apartment felt comfortable and homely, with everything we needed. Claudio is a fantastic host, very helpful and attentive. My young daughters loved how close we were to the play area and the beach. We had delicious local cuisine at great prices. Sarande is an amazing place to visit, the apartment was in the best location, not far away from the center but in a quieter part of the bay. 100% recommend and we would love to return one day. Un très bel Airbnb conforme aux photos et bien situé à Saranda. La vue sur la mer était extraordinaire. La porte à code est très pratique pour un grand groupe comme le nôtre, comme ça pas besoin de clé ! Juste quelques points à ajouter sur des équipements manquants : - gel douche - shampoing - papier toilette - dosettes de café - sacs poubelles - cendrier

The apartment felt super new and renovated with a great view over the ocean. The bed was one of the most comfortable airbnb beds I’ve ever had, and same with the pillow… So I slept like a baby. The host was very helpful and replied very fast - a lamp broke and he came in and fixed it straight away, even went and bought a new one (not the light bulb, but the actual lamp lol). Super happy with the cozy home, friendly host and neighbors. Definitely recommend this place.

Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Fotos – sehr sauber, ordentlich und schön eingerichtet, ohne unnötigen Kram. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt, fast wie Zuhause. Das Bett war gemütlich und der Ausblick auf Meer und Promenade einfach traumhaft. Top Lage, alles Wichtige wie Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte ist fußläufig erreichbar. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße, daher viel Verkehrslärm, und gegenüber ist eine Diskothek – also nichts für lärmempfindliche Gäste. Für uns war’s trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Olga a été très réactive et toujours disponible en cas de besoin pendant notre séjour. Elle nous a également recommandé plusieurs excellents restaurants à proximité. L’appartement, quant à lui, était impeccable : propre, bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Mais le vrai point fort reste sans aucun doute la vue exceptionnelle, que nous avons eu la chance d’admirer chaque matin au réveil et surtout le soir au coucher du soleil… un moment magique ! Encore merci, je recommande vivement !

Vaso’s apartment is the perfect place to stay when you visit Tirane. It’s in an ideal location overlooking Skenderburg Square and all the main attractions are in walking distance. There are restaurants and cafes nearby and a mini supermarket just below his apartment block. I highly recommend Vaso’s Airbnb.

L’ alloggio era pulito e comodo. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare l’entrata dell’ alloggio ,e ,pur avendo dato un orario orientativo dell’ arrivo, per un ritardo dell’ aereo siamo arrivati molto più tardi e chiamamdo mezzanotte ci sono state date tutte le indicazioni dettagliate con la massima disponibilità e gentilezza . Apartment is in a completely new building so everything was new, modern and extremely comfortable. Very quire, no disturbances, amazing view - just perfect! You 100% have to have a far, because otherwise you will never be able to go from there to the beach each day. Nearby supermarket is in 6 min distance by car! It was very lovely;)

I’ve visited a lot of Airbnb’s over the years and think Elton’s place is the best so far. Incredible value, great location, spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable and has everything needed for a home from home. Elton also so helpful, informative, kind, responsive - a first class host. Tirana is a gem and I strongly recommend a visit. And when you do, please stay here. A truly memorable and wonderful visit.

Die Wohnung war wirklich unfassbar sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick auf den See ist wirklich atemberaubend. Roland war der netteste Gastgeber, den wir in ganz Albanien hatten, ein wirklich herzlicher und zuvorkommen Mensch, der uns nahezu begeistert die Wohnung vorgeführt hat. Außerdem hat er gute Restaurant Empfehlungen für uns gehabt. Ganz allgemein kann man sagen, dass die Region um den Ohridsee wirklich ein absolutes Juwel innerhalb von Albanien ist, dass man auf einer Albanien Reise auf jeden Fall nicht verpassen sollte .

Mesti est hyper réactive. la vue du logement est vraiment superbe et bien situé..et compense les petites désagréments: bruits le soir, difficile de se garer le samedi soir..

This is a nice place in a great location, in walking distance to Skanderbeg Square and surrounding attractions. The studio is very much as described and pictured - there is only one big room, not a separate bedroom. Orest was very approachable and responded immediately when we did not find the WiFi password. Very good value for money, would recommend.
