A private villa with a pool, located 1.2 km from the sea. The kitchen is well-equipped with more than enough utensils, and the interior decoration is both tasteful and functional. Every room has air conditioning. With just a bit of landscaping, a full-size refrigerator, and even a small oven, it would be absolutely perfect. Thank you! We had an incredible stay! The villa was spotless, spacious, and even more beautiful than the photos. Check-in was easy with clear instructions. Alara was a kind and helpful host, always quick to respond, even before arrival, which made us feel safe and well taken care of. Though not walking distance to the beach or town, that didn’t matter — Alara connected us with the nicest taxi driver ever. Always on time, super affordable, and thanks to him we got to explore the city and nearby towns with ease. We truly fell in love with the city and the people of Turkey — warm, welcoming, and genuine. It’s without a doubt our favorite place now, and we can’t wait to come back. It also felt very family-friendly, which is important to us as we’re expecting a baby girl. Honestly, we could write pages about how amazing this trip was, but there’s not enough space here. Thank you, Alara, for everything — this stay meant the world to us!

Ganz wichtig vorab: die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen, wenn man ein Auto vor Ort hat. Sie liegt ziemlich weit oben und man muss 3-4 Minuten fahren um hoch und runter zu kommen. Sonst waren wir super zufrieden. Das Haus hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht und Terrasse. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber man ist in 5 Minuten Fahrtzeit überall, wo man sein muss. Strand, Supermärkte, etc. nicht weit weg. Da es etwas schwer ist die Unterkunft mit Navigation zu finden, wurden wir vom Gastgeber an einem Treffpunkt empfangen, der dann vorgefahren ist, um uns die Unterkunft zu zeigen. Es war alles vorhanden und der Pool wurde auch mehrmals gereinigt. Weiterhin haben die Gastgeber sehr schnell auf alle Fragen und Anliegen reagiert. Auch die Sprachbarriere war kein Problem, da wir einfach mit Google Übersetzer kommuniziert haben. Alle waren unfassbar bemüht und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!!

Fantastisk beliggenhet med nydelig utsikt over byen og havet! Vertskapet var meget hyggelig og behjelpelig. Rent og hyggelig både ute og inne. Mangler litt utstyr for å lage egen mat, ellers koselig sittegruppe ute. Gangavstand til sentrum og strender på begge sider av Borgen i imponerende gammel byggningslandskap med steinbelagte gater og murer. Anbefales!!

Super immer wieder gerne

Wir waren 11 Tage dort und haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist echt super. Man hat so eine schöne Aussicht. Bei Problemen und Fragen ist der Gastgeber sehr hilfreich und direkt erreichbar. Ich werde aufjedenfall noch einmal kommen.

Serat Bey’e ilgi ve alakasından dolayı çok teşekkür ediyorum. Her sabah zahmet edip kapıya sıcak simit ve poğaça bıraktı. Her sorumuzu anında yanıtladı ve bize yardımcı oldu. Evin kendisinde de aradığımız her şey mevcuttu, konum olarak da gayet iyiydi. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse kesinlikle uğramak isteyeceğimiz bir yer olarak kaldı bizim için

This stay has exceeded all expectations. The location is wonderful - it is private in a gated community, yet really close to the city. A 5-minute walk and you are at a small beach overlooking historic sights, Alanya Beach is an easy 20-min walk. Lots of cafes nearby. The villa itself is gorgeous and well-maintained, we felt like the pictures didn't do justice as it looks better in real life. The property is huuuuge and has so many charming details! The views from the villa are breathtaking, and all but one room have these panoramic views of Alanya and the Red Tower. If you are going to be cooking, the kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are super comfy with the nice linens. 10/10 highly recommended for large groups, we hope to return! :)

Новая, чистая, красивая квартира. Прожили больше месяца, в целом всё хорошо. Немного шумновато из-за вида на дорогу. Диваны на кухне не удобны для сна, поэтому квартира хорошо подходит только для 2х или с ребёнком. Есть посудомоечная машина и всё необходимое, быстрый интернет, вид на море с балкона и кухни.

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful place in Alanya! The location, though far from the city center, was exactly what I was looking for: peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. The villa itself was stunning, with modern comfortable and spacious rooms, and a well-maintained pool. The gem of this place is obviously the view. The host was outstanding, providing clear directions and quick responses to any questions I had. If you're seeking a relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle, I would recommend this villa!

Çok memnun kaldık! İkinci defa geliyorum ailemle beraber. Serhat Bey çok iyi bir host. Bize her konuda yardımcı oldu. Çok kolay ulaşılır ve iletişimi harikadır. Yolum düşerse, tekrar onun evinde kalmak isterim.

Virkelig lækkert sted, og super imødekommende vært der var klar da vi ankom og hjalp med alt praktisk og gik huset igennem med os. Kan helt klart anbefale denne bolig til andre!

Utrolig fint sted og bo😊 Kjempe hyggelig service og! Alltid raske svar, og leiligheten var nærme alt blant annet stor bazaar, resturanger, migros strand alt! Kommer definitivt tilbake!🤗

An excellent option for Alanya - we stayed only one night and off-season, but the place was spotlessly clean, check-in was easy and flexible timewise and the pool looked inviting. Street parking was free and easy. We enjoyed our stay. Equipping the kitchen a bit more would be welcome, but it was not a problem. Can recommend!

It is new building, so everything is new. Near you can find 5! supermarkets. I had a car, so for me it was not a problem to go to the sea. But you can use taxi also. Erhan speaks English and he was very friendly. Price is also good.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die wunderschöne Aussicht. Am Morgen auf der Terrasse Frühstück mit Blick auf Meer und Berge. Am Abend das Abendrot über dem Meer bewundern. Es ist eine ruhige Lage und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Für unsere Kinder war es super, dass der Spielplatz direkt gegenüber war. Check in und check out haben problems funktioniert und Ferdi war gut erreichbar und hat auf Anregungen oder Fragen direkt reagiert und agiert. wir bedanken uns für die schönen 5 Wochen und wünschen Ferdi alles Gute weiterhin!

Arkadaşlarımızla özel bir kutlama organizasyonu için bir geceliğine kaldık; konumla bulması çok kolaydı. Ancak Alanya’ya denize yakın bir konuma gelmek isteyenler için sahile uzak bir muhit. Tepede yeni yerleşim alanlarında çünkü. Biz bunu bilerek gittik. Ev yepyeni çok temizdi. Girişi kolaydı; evde kettle dışında çay kahve yapmak için makine yoktu ama iletişime geçtiğimizde hemen temin edildi. Çünkü aşağıda bulunan kafeterya her zaman açık değil. Zaten kapalı oturma alanı yok kafeteryanın. Havuzlu olması yaz döneminde tercih edecekler için çok büyük bir avantaj. Evin yeni ve temizliğini çok iyi olması dekorasyonu her şeyi tekrar tercih sebebimiz olur.
