Great experience😍 The apartment was just like the photos clean and comfy. The location is perfect, close to everything restaurants, cafes, the beach, and bus stops. We walked almost everywhere Alara was super helpful and friendly. She responded quickly, made sure we were comfortable, and even helped us when our flight got canceled. She checked in to make sure we got home safe. I’d definitely stay here again when I visit Alanya😍

Apartment is immaculate with everything you would need. I have found with other Airbnbs the kitchen ware is a little sparse but there was plenty of utensils etc so I was able to cook properly. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are two small markets next door for small essentials. From the balcony you can just about see the sea which was nice. The building was very quiet when I visited. Host was always responsive to messages and polite. I would definitely stay again 🙂

I spent 3 days with my son in this beautiful place! I liked everything very much: a modern house, a closed area, a beautiful pool area, there is a place for a picnic and rest, there is also a jacuzzi, a sauna, a gym and a children's room for the youngest, there is always a place in the parking lot, the entrance to which is only with a key. The room was clean, everything was fresh, very comfortable to stay. Another big plus is that there is a store right next to the house, where you can buy absolutely everything: from fresh bread to dishes or a mattress for swimming. I will remember the time spent here for a long time and if there is an opportunity, I will return here again. This place is worth visiting.

It's a perfectly clean house. Kitchenware, towels, linens, cabinets and drawers were all extremely clean. Basic necessities were available. The house is in a comfortable, peaceful area. We were very pleased. & Thank you for everything

The space is really chic and state-of-the-art. Comfortable sofas, great bed. The loggia is well suited for drying wet swimsuits. It gets warm quite quickly and a bit stuffy there, best to close the loggia, which heats up pretty quickly. But you can easily use the electric blinds and the air conditioning, there are several that can be adjusted variably. The kitchen equipment is ok. The location is really great, in five minutes you are easily accessible on the beautiful Cleopatra beach, buses and taxis, also shopping not far away. It is currently being built in the immediate vicinity, but we didn't find it too loud. Checking in and out was straightforward. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I stayed with my family and it was a very clean and convenient apartment

The apartment was amazing, very modern, clean and tidy. Had everything in it I needed. The pool outside is ideal for chilling and relaxing. The beach was only a 10 min walk. Rhnha was a great host, always available to I chat too and very attentive. I will definitely be using again in the future.

We rented an apartment for a week but unfortunately had to leave earlier. The hostess of the apartment Lyudmila was understanding and without problems agreed to a refund ( which is quite rare in this area) The apartment is not large but quite cozy. Clean, plenty of bedding and crockery. At our request, a child bed was provided and a bonus even a high chair for meals(the baby was 1.6. very useful). Convenient location, proximity to the beach and all kinds of shops, markets. Separately, I would like to highlight the hostess of the apartment Lyudmila! A very pleasant and kind woman. I saw it on my own. Since I forgot my golden chain with a pendant in the apartment and went home. Lyudmila found it and agreed to return it, even offering her help in the options for sending jewelry! I appreciate you a lot! You don't often have to meet people like that. Therefore, I am sure that we will definitely come back again !

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. It is a brand new apartment in a brand new building really close to the beach and all the other main attractions in Alanya. We found the place as described and matched the photos. Talha is a really helpful host. The wifi worked well throughout our stay. Our unit was on the first floor so any noise from the outside (such as dog barking and people chatting at restaurant next door) could be heard at all hours. Otherwise and overall, we had a great stay and recommend this place.

Hello everyone! We were on vacation in Alanya in the second half of May. The apartment is wonderful, stylish and snug. All the equipment is new, everything works. There is a water filter in the kitchen, no need to buy bottled water. There are necessary items, such as salt, sunflower oil, spices. It was very nice to receive compliments in the form of delicious chocolates and juice. The complex is very beautiful and green, there is a swimming pool. The location is excellent! It's not far from the sea, there are many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. I especially wanted to mention the apartment owners, Mikica and his wife. Very nice and helpful people. They will tell you everything and give you tips! We will definitely come back! Alanya is beautiful!

Thank you very much Ruslan for the wonderful apartment! All expectations were met. The photo does not convey all the beauty. The room itself is great and the views from the balcony are amazing. I didn't want to leave, I liked everything so much. The room has everything for your comfortable stay. We cooked it ourselves without any problems. The entire infrastructure of the hotel is available except the water park. The free hotel bus, which takes you to the beach, went to the Migros store and bought all the necessary groceries. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Also at the hotel there is a market where you can buy everything you need. The only thing is that the hotel is in the mountains and there are a lot of mosquitoes. We bought a mosquito sprayer in the hotel market and used it every night. Very helpful, mosquitos didn't bother. For 2 weeks of stay, electricity and water were paid for about 1000 rubles. Very economical. The room is not hot in September, very comfortable, rarely used air conditioning. The hotel itself was impressive. I really want to come back here again. I recommend it!

Great place as advertised. Great responsive host. Big apartment, private pool, walkable neighborhood. Beach access. The beach is rocky (as in big rock, not gravel) though, not very safe for children.

Everything is very nice, I would definitely recommend it

The apartment is located in a very nice complex with many offers. Everything is within walking distance. Adem was very friendly and the communication impeccable. We were somewhat bothered by the fact that we had to specify the check-in and check-out times exactly, although a self check-in is specified. This is very limited in flexibility. In the future, a little more attention must be paid to the cleanliness ( e.g. crumbs in the oven from other guests). We were still completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

The three of us lived in an apartment. The apartment is clean, there is everything for a comfortable stay, Victoria is in touch 24/7, she will help you. The location of the apartment is great, on the first floor there is Starbucks, swimming pools, hammam, cinema, evening sessions for children and adults. The beach is equipped with sun loungers, everything is done at the highest level. I definitely recommend it, we will definitely come back!

To say that I did not expect this is to say nothing! My delight was no limit from the first to the last minute of our stay in the apartment. I love the wonderful view from the window, I like to drink coffee on the balcony breathing in the fresh sea air. I just didn't want to leave this balcony) By the way, very close to Cleopatra's beach is absolutely fantastic! Special thanks to the hosts for their modern design, coziness, and nice touches. It feels like they were waiting for us here and were glad to see us. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely come again!!!

Great place to relax

It’s comfortable, modern house. host was responsive allowed to check-in earlier, always ready to help and polite. Also, you get free access to lots of stuff like gym, cinema etc. House is clean and it has everything you need.
