Holiday rentals in Alaior

Victor was great to deal with - very prompt and very helpful. He even left us some cookies and milk for a nice welcome. The villa was great, and we felt so at home there. There was everything we needed in the house. The pool was super clean. We loved the location as well - close to the town, restaurants, the beach. If we came back to Menorca, we would definitely want to come and stay here again. Thank you Victor!

We were three adults looking for a quiet, relaxing stay away from crowds. S'Olivera is beautiful and has been thoughtfully renovated with multiple places, in and outdoors, to eat or sit and relax. Unfortunately, we experienced unusually rainy weather so weren't able to make the most of the lovely pool. S'Olivera is in a quiet, rural location but only 20 minutes by car or taxi from the airport and 5 minutes drive from Alaior. We enjoyed walking into Alaior to pick up fresh bread, fruit or any other groceries we needed. Both Ona and Susan were very helpful responding promptly to any requests.

We had a great time at Miguel's apartment. The apartment is in a very good location and easy to park for free. It is clean and well-equipped. The pool is lovely. The host is very responsive, we saw them every day. Listening if you need advice for visiting the island. I would 100% recommend!!!!

Marc embodies what it means to be a Superhost, welcoming, proactive, and full of thoughtful suggestions that made our two-week stay (May–June 2025) truly special. His beautifully restored home in Alaior is spacious, super clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you could need. Though large for two, it was a joy to have so much space. Multiple bathrooms, a great kitchen, cozy seating areas, it’s all there. We loved the quiet charm of the patio and the upper garden terrace, perfect for a nightcap, reading, or a BBQ. Despite being in the lively heart of town, the house is peaceful and quiet, so we slept perfectly. Alaior is authentic and friendly, and you’ll get warm greetings as you walk through town. Plus, the best beaches are just 10–15 minutes away, and Mahón is close by too. Marc has truly created a special place, beautiful, comfortable, and run with genuine care. We’re already thinking of returning before year’s end. 10/10 would recommmend!

We loved our stay in Alaior! The home is so unique and the outdoor space is beautiful. Alaior is a very small town with not a ton in the way of shops or restaurants, so plan to drive if you want more options. We ate dinner in town one night, cooked in one night on the gorgeous patio, and went out to other towns the rest of the nights. Another thing to note - there is no AC, which I know is listed in the description and very common throughout Europe, but it did get hot during our stay, making for some toasty nights. But that's all part of the experience and we really had no complaints - just something to consider if you need AC to sleep! The home was very peaceful, relaxing and a perfect jumping off place for exploring all of incredible Menorca!

We had a great stay at Eléna's. The accommodation is perfect, very beautiful, functional, clean and a superb view facing the sea. The environment is superb and everything is available a few minutes away (supermarkets, restaurants, bakery...). The place was quiet. In short, the best. I highly recommend Elena's accommodation, who is also a charming and responsive host. Thank you Eléna, we had a wonderful vacation!

The most beautiful and peaceful place I’ve ever stayed! Cristian’s place is incredible - it completely blew us away. We felt right at home and felt like they had thought of everything a guest could possibly need - incredibly well stocked kitchen, bathroom, and cozy and homey too. If I could stay here again - I would in a heartbeat. 10/10!!!!
