Welcome to L'Oustal des Amis, a newly renovated modern home. The ground floor features an outdoor dining area, kitchen with an extendable table, and a toilet. The spacious lounge offers seating that converts into a king-size bed. The second floor also boasts a large library/office area leading to a balcony, perfect for BBQs and enjoying nature. South-facing enjoy the sun all day, the home sleeps six, with a king-size bedroom and bathroom on the third floor, plus a king bed in the attic room.

Cailhau is a small medieval village (220 Inhabitants). It is located on a rock (hence the name caillou and haut). From here you can take beautiful walks (or cycling) with always another surprising view. Nearby are many wine cellars where you can sample delicious wines. Cailhau is also located in the Catharen region, rich in history, with many castles and abbeys to visit. In the village you have a cosy bistro where you can eat and drink. Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. For the winter months there is a wood stove. The firewood is not included in the rental.
