Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

The vibes here is very homey. We enjoyed our staycation while still being able to work comfortably before our flight because the place is very ideal for both relaxation and work. Strong AC in the rooms and the living room. Strong wifi connection in every corner of the house. Flexible check in and very responsive host. We surely will be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved My Stay at Cinema 27! As a first-time Airbnb guest, and someone who’s honestly pretty picky, I was a bit nervous about booking. But when I came across Carlo and Patricia’s listing, it just felt right. I was on a budget, but the place looked great and seemed totally worth it. I booked right away, and I’m so glad I did. The space was super comfy, very clean, and smelled really nice. Everything was just as described (or better!). They had everything I needed, especially in the kitchen, all the tools and utensils were clean and complete, which I really appreciated. Carlo and Patricia were both so kind and easy to talk to. They made me feel very welcome and at ease throughout my stay. Honestly, they’ve set the bar high, I’d love to stay at Cinema 27 again next time I travel. Can’t wait! ☺️🫶🏻

The place looked exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. Getting in was super easy with clear directions and flexible check-in times. The place was really clean and organized. Kitchen was spotless and everything looked great, though a few decorations had some dust. Overall it was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

The place has everything we need. We truly appreciate the kitchen because my daughter has special diet. Robert provided fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, dishwashing liquid and tissue. The place has everything we could ask for. Plus the neighborhood is safe and walkable. All kinds of establishments are here.

This is my fourth stay in Kristoffe's unit in two years. Each time, Kristoffe shows why he is one of the best...his responses are timely, his messages are clear, and he is very willing to help make sure that you will enjoy your stay. On this trip, I found that it would be more convenient to extend my stay at the last minute by one day. The unit was available...so I messaged Kristoffe for approval. I got my response back in LESS than 5 minutes. This is the type of host that helps make a stay easy. I stayed over the weekend for my birthday! Wanted some time alone where it’s peaceful and timid. I fell in love with the place once I entered! It was homey and cozy, it was comfortable to the point that I almost didn’t want to go home🥺. Will definitely go back in the near future!

What a beautiful place. In the center of everything, but still in a Quite part. Host is great. Views are amazing and the security guards are awesome, so friendly they are.

Loved the space and a very communicative host! Close to shopping and restaurants. This was perfect for the two of us and we loved the patio. Really, one of the best hosts we’ve ever rented from. If we’re in BGC again we would definitely stay here.
