The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

The place was even better in person than in the photos—it truly exceeded our expectations! We’ll definitely be coming back. One of the things we loved most is that it’s pet-friendly, which was a must for us. Highly recommended!

I have never seen a place that is so complete during my whole 7 years with Airbnb. It's a 2 story 🏘 house with 2 bedrooms and it it even has a covered garage. Once you step inside practically everything is there no need to go to the store or bring things. Just bring yourself and that is it. Highly Recommended .

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. We specifically needed something near the airport to avoid traffic since I had to drop off my partner…super convenient! Plus, it was pet-friendly, so our furbabies were comfy and happy too. The host was warm and responsive. Would definitely book again!

Jenn was a great host who made everything easy from start to finish. She always responded quickly to messages and was really helpful throughout our stay. The place looked exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. Getting in was super easy with clear directions and flexible check-in times. The place was really clean and organized. Kitchen was spotless and everything looked great, though a few decorations had some dust. Overall it was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

I was early for my checkin but the staff let me drop off my luggage while I explored the surrounding area. Very friendly people and very responsive when I had questions.

Absolutely no issues. The place was clean and spotless. The AC was cold and the shower’s water pressure was strong. Watching TV was an awesome experience with their Govee lights and soundbar. Our pets enjoyed their stay as well. Also appreciated how proactive and responsive the hosts were. We never had to worry about anything as they made sure to give us clear instructions about everything. 10/10

We loved Adam's place! His communication was proactive. He always let us know what to expect. I loved the welcome we had - he had a clearbook about everything in the place as well as what to expect, what do to and local recommendations. We truly felt at home. We had a great stay in Maria Lourdes’ place, these are the things we totally loved about the unit (note that below review is from POV of 2 people) - Ambiance - Spacious - Lots to do (unit has karaoke, PS4, & a LOT of board games) - Complete set of kitchen utensils and cookware - Clean space (bed, cr, kitchen & balcony) - +points kasi pagpasok mo during check in malamig na yung unit + ang bango! - Accommodating, kind, and responsive host! What I can recommend: - hook for clothes/towel sa CR :) Overall, really loved our stay here, kulang ang overnight, would love to book this again! :) Thank you! ❤️

Vanessa was a great host throughout my stay. Always available, very knowledgeable (especially regarding real estate), and goes the extra mile for her guests. Kristine and Regine were great co-host, in that they knew the technical aspects of the electronics listed. The listed price is definitely worth it. I will gladly consider working with them again in the future

We had a lovely stay overall—the room was spacious, the staff were very friendly, and the pool and ambiance were beautiful. One small note: there was a slight musty smell in the bathroom, near the exit, and in the basement area. It might be worth looking into, just to ensure everything stays fresh for future guests. That said, we really enjoyed our time here and appreciate the warm hospitality!

My friends and I had a great stay! The place is clean, beautifully designed, and smells amazing. It had everything we needed. The location is also perfect—close to the mall with a lovely view from the balcony. Claire was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this to my friends, relatives and colleagues.

The unit felt like a hotel—clean, comfortable, and with a nice city view at night. It was well-equipped with all the essentials: towels, toiletries, drinking water, hair blower, iron, fridge, and a microwave. The hosts clearly put thought into making guests comfortable and were very open to feedback, which we really appreciated. That openness definitely made up for the small things that could be improved (still very much a 5-star experience!). One small suggestion: it would be more practical to have more coffee mugs than wine glasses. The building is conveniently connected to Venice Mall via a bridgeway, which made food runs and shopping super easy. There's also a 24-hour Alfamart nearby and ample parking space—P50 for the first 3 hours, P20 for each succeeding hour, and P150 overnight. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily book again!
