This villa is amazing, perfect for a group staycation. We were blown away by the location, so peaceful and private. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and the bedrooms have an amazing view.

Great villa! Heated swimming pool, barbecue, great backyard. Very private! Blossoming flowers as a fence. Amazing. We enjoyed fresh air and fumigation inside. Towels are everywhere, much more than needed , and that's extremely convenient. Highly recommend for the stay!

We had an amazing stay at Alia's villa. The place is located inside The Cove Rotana Resort in Ras Al Khaimah which was a beautiful environment, walkable and full of nature. The villa is spacious and well equipped, we had everything we needed. The private pool is the main star of the show. It is clean, very nice and cold. It was at the perfect temperature even if we are in May. We had dinner directly on the beach which was wonderful! Alia is super reactive and friendly. We highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

The villa was really nice, new and spacious. The place was fully air-conditioned. It was 1 min walk to the beach, pool and gym. Plenty of food and cafe options nearby .

The 9 Palms Villa was a lovely place to stay for the week. The neighborhood was quiet, the villa and outside areas were cozy and welcoming. We had a great stay and would come back again. The host and co host were responsive and very helpful - check in / out were easy.

Had a fantastic time staying in this apartment. The views are breathtaking and the apartment is very cosy. It is equipped with everything you might need and the hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. Will highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

Amazing place! I’ve already been in the Pacific Building before - it is much better than on the photos. You can use 3 different pools, 3 different gyms, outdoor areas (basketball, tenis, ping pong,…) and very nice beach. This apartment was super clean with beautiful view of the sea. We really enjoyed the stay and we will definitely come back again. There are several options where to eat: there are restaurants, supermaket or you can order anything from delivery service (talabat). You will not struggle with the food and you will have lots of options! If you are considering where to stay, choose this one, you will not be dissapointed!

I recently stayed in this lovely studio, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location was perfect. Honestly one of the best AirBnb I have ever stayed in. It's like a 5-star hotel room but at outstanding prices. Host is super welcoming, they even give you a PDF with all information. Fast Wifi, very clean room. The bathroom is amazing with very modern furniture. The lighting and spotlights were amazing, very modern designs. Every little detail is very well thought of. They give you chocolate, towels, water bottle all on the house. Honestly there's nothing to complain about, you get far more than what you pay for. I actually extended my stay for another night because of how awesome it was. Salma and Stephano were so welcoming, friendly and super helpful. I will definitely stay there again every time I visit RAK.

I had a wonderful stay at Daria’s place! From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable. The location was easy to find and very accessible, with convenient features like secure parking, beach access, and even deliveries anytime. The home was exactly as described—cozy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen had all the essentials, and I appreciated the little touches like air fresheners in the bathroom and scented candles in the living room. I worked remotely during my stay, and the place was perfect because it’s peaceful and quiet. Marjan Island is not too crowded, and there were no loud parties nearby. The only suggestion I have is to add an exhaust fan in the kitchen for cooking. Other than that, everything was great! Daria was an excellent host—responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue with the door key being stuck, but she quickly sent someone over, and it was resolved in no time. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely rent this place again.
