باختصار الشقة كانت اكثر من رائعة وكل شي فاق توقعاتي من ناحية المصداقية في الصور والنظافة والموقع والأمان والتعامل كان جدا راقي سواء من صاحب الشقة م. خالد الله يوفقه و ام احمد المشرفة على الإقامة الله يسعدها يستحق تقييم فوق الممتاز وصحيح اول مرة بس اكيد مو آخر مرة ..

The place is very spacious and neat, it looks like the pictures and can fit four people. It’s a smart home and has air conditioning in every room. I really enjoyed staying there and would definitely book it again when in Cairo. Yeram, the host is very friendly and responsive, he made our check-in and check-out process very easy and was always checking in to make sure we have everything we need.

Rami was awesome! I had a long anticipated reunion with my family and it was a perfect place for the 3 of us. Responsive host team, great location. Felt safe around the neighborhood. Hosts gave awesome recommendations for places & accommodated with transportation. Although they provide transfer, I thought it was expensive ($40usd) and would recommend to save your money and get ubers instead. Great experience overall!

اهم شئ عندي النظافه وكانت الشقه والحمامات والاسره نضيفه وكان كل شئ متوفر بالشقه واجهزه التكييف شغاله والاجهزه كلها شغاله والشقه مطابقه للصور واستجابه المظيف سريعه وعليهه فاني اوصي بها

كانت إقامة جداً جميلة وكانت تجربة رائعة جداً وحقيقةً كان المضيفين متجاوبين و ودودين ماقصروا معانا ب اي شي كانوا معانا من دخلنا لين طلعنا وحقيقة تجربة تستحق التكرار.

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich perfekt- hochwertige Ausstattung, sehr sauber, gut durchdacht. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön, immer eine leichte Brise und erstaunlich ruhig. Wir haben sie wirklich jeden Tag genutzt und uns wunderbar erholt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und werden auf jeden Fall bei unserem nächsten Besuch die Wohnung wieder mieten. Khaled hat auch stets schnell reagiert, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Ahmed, Anas and Omar's place went beyond our expectations, we were really impressed with the aesthetics and location of the Airbnb...it's too perfect from my prospective lol! Do not be fooled or thrown off by the exterior of the building, lobby, staircase and elevator etc...once inside your airbnb...it's like an oasis! The outside is highly deceiving in a great way! Do not hesitate to book with them...it's a 10 out of 10 across the board. Bottled water is available, tea, fresh towels, body wash, shampoo and pretty much most if not all other essentials to make your stay comfortable! Their Airbnb's will always be my #1 go to and recommendation when visiting and referring people on trips to Cairo. They also have a location with a direct view of the new Grand Egyptian Museum opening in July, it's beautiful! Wish I could be here to experience that one as well but definitely will on my next! 10 outta 10 with not a complaint to be made 🫶🏾

I had a great stay at this lovely apartment! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made everything so smooth from start to finish. Check-in was super easy and hassle-free. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for a comfortable stay. It really felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and would happily stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying here. We felt so comfortable and are so happy that we decided to stay with Khaled. He was really kind and offered to help us have a great time in Egypt. We were even able to leave our luggage after 11am since our flight took off later. It’s close to good cafes, malls, restaurants etc. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony in the morning and a cozy chat in the living room at night. All in all I can only say good things! The dishwasher and washing machine were lifesavers especially when the day was long :)

The place was amazing , great location, clean and the staff were do helpful , checking on us daily, the manager AbdelKarim was so pleasant always making sure that all was good with us As for Ali i would like to give him a special thanks for his assistance any time we need him he is always available I do recommend the place and the company is highly recommend so professional and friendly

I really appreciate for everything! PM We actually had a late check in and thank our host a lot for helping us. The apartment is very clean and tidy. The neighborhood is very safe, we had a great time exploring the neighborhood with lots of good restaurants. Highly recommended.

Outstanding place! We really loved this apartment. It is spacious and beautiful, allowing you to fully enjoy your holidays in Cairo — definitely a great choice! There’s air conditioning in every room and the beds are really comfortable. Two bathrooms (one per bedroom) and plenty of space throughout. The terrace was also lovely. Totally recommended

This is a great place to stay in Cairo. Ramy is an excellent host and responds fast and is very helpful. The place is exactly as described and will make you feel right at home I would recommend Ramy's place for sure!

This apartment was a true oasis in the heart of a bustling city. The location is central and rich in history, and the place is beautifully equipped — even coffee was ready for us! Communication with the host was excellent. I can absolutely recommend staying here. If you embrace the rhythm of the city, you’ll quickly get used to the noise level.

I loved my stay. The place was great and Amgad did a great job communicating with me before and during the stay. The bed was comfortable and the AC works great against the heat outside. I would love to stay here when I visit Cairo again.

Stayed for two nights and everything went smoothly. The apartment is in a great location, peaceful, yet surrounded by plenty of things to do. It was exactly what we needed for a short stay in Cairo Festival City. Would definitely recommend.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement est conforme au photos. Il est proche de l’aéroport et pas trop loin du centre ville ce qui est pratique pour les courts séjours. Gros plus pour l’équipe Xuru Stay est très réactive en cas de problème. N’hésitez pas à réserver je recommande à 100%.

The view alone is absolutely breathtaking—waking up to the Nile every morning and catching glimpses of the Pyramids from the balcony was unforgettable. The apartment is beautifully furnished, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to downtown, Zamalek, and top landmarks.
