Holiday rentals with a patio in Al Amarat

My husband and I have just had a very relaxing week spent at Charlotte’s apartment in Al Sifah. Charlotte has been very helpful and friendly throughout our stay if we messaged for advise etc. Also very quick to respond when we had some wifi issues. We had a few good walks on the nearby beach and in the marina. Dunes restaurant is recommended. Thank you- we will be back if we can sometime.

I had a fantastic stay at Malik's Airbnb! The property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Mr. Khaled's wonderful 2-bedroom apartment at Marsa Gardens, Al Mouj, and it exceeded all our expectations. He was incredibly kind, supportive, and always available whenever we needed him, ensuring that our visit was as pleasant and smooth as possible. I had a wonderful stay at Mohammed’s apartment in Al Sifah Resort. The apartment was fully equipped with everything I needed, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. كانت الإقامة رائعة وهادئه ومريحة جداً، وكان تعامل Mayer ودود جداً ومتعاون من لحظة الوصول الى لحظة المغادرة، وذلك من خلال الإدلاء بجميع الملاحظات والإرشادات الخاصة المسكن والمنطقة المحيطة، بالاضافة الى الاستجابة السريعة عند التواصل، وكذلك قام Mayer بإعطائي ميزة الخروج المتأخر دون طلب، وانا ممتن لذلك كثيراً. أنصح به وبشدة.

This was our second time at this place. It was even better than the last time. I am impressed with the fact that they added new Furniture and interiors to the place. Most importantly they are a great host. Looking forward to visit again.

Hôte très accueillant et toujours à l'écoute pour vous conseiller et faciliter le séjour. la maison est propre, la piscine sans vis-à-vis. Rumays est à une trentaine de minutes de Mascate, parfait pour être à l'écart de la ville sans être trop loin.

La villa di Mik è molto grande accogliente., si trova in una zona tranquilla, vicino all' ereoporto e alle partenze per le isole. Mik ci è stato sempre molto reattivo alle nostre richieste ci concesso un check out ritardato. Consigliatissima

Alloggio ampio in zona residenziale molto tipica e tranquilla. Un pó difficile trovare l’alloggio ma l’host è stato disponibile a guidarci via telefono. Ottima qualità prezzo Unica nota negativa: poche stoviglie

Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

Julie is a star host, she comes in person to greet you on your arrival, her house is spotless, as shown in pictures, you feel home, one of the best host we have experienced, many thanks for everything Julie, will soon you again

Close to the Airport, very Clean room, private bath, Supermarket round the Corner, parking right in Front of the door, highly recommend

Zahir’s place is big and spacious for a family of five. Very convenient to have a washing machine as we had been traveling for a while. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. Zahir is a fantastic host and very responsive and accommodating with our requests.

The place was beautiful and tidy and clean same as shown in the pictures and nearby many locations available and near to the city center the host (ibrahim) was very kind and helpful and guided us very quick response and there was no difficulty I would recommend everyone here to stay thank you so much ibrahim it was really a great experience staying here thank you so much jazakallah Khairan

İbrahim is a great host who thinks about small details to make his guests comfortable and always ready to help about anything that you would need. The apartment has 2 different private bathroom inside the rooms and one common toilet which makes the visit a lot more comfortable. All the furnitures and kitchen tools are new, clean and practical. If you like to cook at home you can surely do it. There is a nice coffee machine for coffee lovers and a huge smart tv if you'de like to enjoy your evening with netflix. The neighborhood is safe and quiet (you can hear airplane voice time to time since it's close to airport but it didn't disturb me ) and you can start the day with birds singing voice. Yet it's in a close driving distance with many central destination and 10 minutes walking distance from the mall "city centre muscat" which you can find anything you want including change office. Overall it was a perfect stay andI definitely recommend the place and the host without any hesitation.

I really loved this Apartment Very secure and Private no hassle everything right at your doorstep. The location is very near to all major shopping markets and malls. And Al Mouj Residences is clean and serene. Over best Airbnb in MUSCAT Thank You Mr Abdullah

Ibrahim is an excellent host! He takes a good care of a guest to ensure a smooth stay. He can recommend you what to do and where to go in Oman. The apartment is well appointed, comfortable and spotless. I felt like home while my stay. It’s very quiet but you would hear airplane sound sometime during a day. Anyway, it’s not a big deal. Also, it is in a good location. - 10 mins walk from City Center Muscat - 20 mins walk to Mwasalat bus station - 15 mins drive from the airport - 10 mins by a taxi to The Waves or Al Mouj The overall stay was excellent with authentic Omani hospitality. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay in Al Mouj. Apartment was as described. We loved the garden and pool. Al Mouj is great for local restaurants, the local Marina for boat trips and there is a local supermarket with plenty of provisions. All was good. One minor issue was that the freezer in the apartment needed defrosting.
